I can always count on Nora to find the perfect destination with great accommodations - and at a price I can afford. Nora is so helpful and knowledgeable - she definitely knows Mexico and the Caribbean - my favorite places to visit! She always goes above and beyond to make sure everything goes well. And, she also asks for feedback after the trip to make sure everything went as planned. I know people who try to plan their own international trips on the internet, but are very disappointed with how it turns out. Fabulous 15th Anniversary Trip!

My husband and I knew we wanted to take a trip of a lifetime for our 15th wedding anniversary and for the first time decided to seek the help of a travel agent. Nora had come recommended and we are so glad we sought her guidance and expertise!Nora was extremely helpful and knowledgeable during all phases of planning. She was patient when I couldn't make up my mind on hotels and locations and was a steady and calm force offering thoughtful feedback and pro/con arguments for various choices we had to make. She encouraged us to stick with our original Costa Rica plan when we considered alternative destinations, and I'm so glad she offered her genuine advice. She knew what we were looking for in this vacation and made the best recommendation for us.
She also offered sage advice to not fill up our vacation with excess excursions but enjoy the luxurious amenities of our hotels. All along I felt she was trying to provide us exactly the kind of trip we desired and that's what we got! :)

Vienna--Our great experience with Nora Blum and TL

I have recommended Nora to many friends over the years. She is absolutely wonderful to work with. She recently helped us book a dream trip to Austria to visit the Advent Markets in Vienna, Salzburg and Innsbruck. We made our plans about 10 months in advance of travel, and as usually happens that far out, the flights through Chicago to Vienna from MSP changed. She quickly notified us, and suggested alternatives. We ended up saving money on a one-night layover that was originally planned, and found earlier flights home. Nora is the consummate professional--she always returns inquiries quickly, and she is creative about meeting needs in terms of times and dates of travel. She also assisted us with booking a very large tour to the UK in 2014, and she did an excellent job managing all of the different needs of our group, as well as some difficult personalities! In short, she is amazing!

Nora is amazing! She has been booking our trips for many years and always does a great job. This year with covid our family vacation needed to be rescheduled. Nora was amazing to work with setting up our cruise and informing us of updates. The day before we left our flight was canceled and the new automatic itinerary had us arriving after the cruise ship left. Nora was able to get us out on a flight that night and made arrangement for our hotel! we couldn't have done it without her!! She is great to work with and has been wonderful helping us with all our travel needs. I would highly recommend contacting her!

My wife and I were planning our honeymoon and wanted to do some hoping between countries (Australia, New Zealand, and Fiji), being avid travelers we talked about doing it ourselves but had worked with Nora previously so we decided to let her handle it and everything was perfect we didn't need to worry about a car from/to the airport, all the hotels were booked and we got to review them before we left, and she was able to keep us updated through the app which I can't speak more highly of!

Nora is amazing!!! She was a huge help in planning my husband and I's honeymoon to Greece! She was so attentive and was always available to help us with any questions we had. During our trip, we had some changes to our flights and Nora would send us messages letting us know! She kept up with everything for our trip and made it so easy for my husband and I. I was a week away from a first-time trip to Costa Rica with my best friend and I still hadn't made any plans other than my flight. Thankfully I found Nora through an online search for a travel agent experienced with Costa Rica. Nora eased all of my anxieties with her quick assistance and friendly demeanor. Within days she was able to provide me with great options for hotels, transfers and excursions and get everything booked for us. Exceeded my hopes and expectations
