Robin has been nothing short of amazing. Trying to plan a honeymoon during COVID was hard enough but having to deal with the additional headaches of changing our dream trip from Greece to Croatia and then having several hotel and airline cancellations just made it that much more difficult. Thank God we chose Robin as our agent who took care of all the changes seamlessly.. and might I had was happy to do so! We don’t know if our trip would have ever happened had we tried to book it ourselves!

First Disney trip

Robin has been amazing . First time I spoke with her I felt like she was family . She planned a Disney trip for 12 people she was always there to answer my crazy questions . She is amazing at her job . When it came to choosing a travel agent many people messaged me but she stuck out of them all . I would never plan a trip with out her help. She was there doing all the leg work . From start to end she was there every step of the way . I can’t say enough good things about her .

My elderly mother, sister and I were planning a European cruise. We worked with Robin to help with all of the details for our vacation - including cruise, airfare, transfers, hotel, everything was perfect. She even surprised us with an onboard credit in our cabin!

Robin went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure my husband and I were comfortable and happy. She is so easy to work with and easy to talk to! She made us feel so comfortable that when we had an issue with our travels I called her crying and she was able to comfort me. Robin is not just a travel agent, she is a friend! A fantastic trip with friends!

Robin helped us plan a 14 day cruise to the southern caribbean from Boston. She was familiar with the ship, and the great perks we would receive on the ship. She was very accessible, and even communicated back & forth with me on Mother's Day. Everything went smoothly!

I cannot say enough about how WONDERFUL it was planning our first big family trip for my birthday with Robin! She was so informative and did her best to get us the best deal and she made sure that every detail was perfect! She always responded quickly and never made me feel like I was bothering her when I asked her a million questions! By the time our trip came, Robin felt like part of our family!
