International Travel Specialist
Nakalele Blowhole Maui, Hawaii
Hello! I am Van.
I LOVE to travel. My passion for travel started years ago with my family trip to Thailand. As a little girl growing up in Vietnam, I was amazed with the breathtaking views, the warm, welcoming people and the taste of local fresh fruits. I moved to the US in 2001 and continued my passion for travel by exploring new destinations, meeting new people, embracing local cultures and tasting local cuisines.
Now as a mom of three boys, I love creating lifelong memories with my family through fun and meaningful travel experiences.
I enjoy turning my clients' travel dreams into reality and listening to their stories when they return. When I am not busy researching for my clients' dream vacations, you can find me chasing kids around at a nearby park or spending quality time with friends and family.
My favourite destinations:
Asia: I might be biased but Asia is absolutely my one of my favourite places! If I have to describe Asia in one word it would be diverse. From the organized chaos to tranquility, from tropical islands to snow caped mountains, from the aroma of street food to Michelin starred restaurants, from World Heritage Sites to modern cities, Asia has it all. Let me help you discover the true beauty of Asia!
Hawaii: Ahhh Hawaii... the spectacular beaches, the volcanoes, the museums, the chocolate tours, the off-the-beaten-path discoveries and above all, the "Aloha spirit". Plan a trip to Hawaii and I am sure it won't be your last!
Where I am going next:
Costa Rica, December 2019
Hawaii, March 2020
Some highlights of my Travels:
- Experienced the breathtaking sunset from the summit of Haleakala National Park, Maui, Hawaii
- Jumped of cliffs into a sinkhole in Jamaica (I can barely swim!)
- Went tubing through a mangrove forest in Mexico
- Attended a traditional wedding in India (I was in the wedding!)
- Went on the world's fastest elevator ride in Taipei
- Went parasailing high above the ocean in Vietnam. (I have to say it was fun but not really comfortable)
- Got up close to a giant iguana in Puerto Rico
