We Will Have A LifeTime of Memories!

I started working with Amy at least 4 or 5 months prior to the actual trip and I had no idea planning for a Disney trip would take so much effort. From the logistics to booking restaurants, learning about Genie+/ Lighting Lanes, rope drops, local places to visit, etc - I ended up with multiple spreadsheets. But at the end of it all, Amy gave me the tools I needed to understand the process, gave me countless email/ text responses of guidance and advice and made me feel prepared for the trip. Family had an amazing time, tiring of course, and we felt like we accomplished everything that we had set out to do in celebration of my son's 10th birthday celebration. Amy is so knowledgeable and has a wealth of information to share vs reading the blogs, scouring the socials, etc. She is so responsive with her comms and she truly loves her job, it's obvious. I have worked with different travel agents and Amy is simple the best. None of them can really compare with the amount of knowledge Amy knows. She is seriously a real life travel encyclopedia. The best thing is that she is an avid traveler herself and oftentimes she has personally visited hotels and other destinations herself with the goal of providing her clients first hand feedback about different travel destinations. She is not pushy and is very honest about the pros/cons of these resorts and destinations. She is also extremely organized and she always creates the best personalized itinerary for our family. I'm a big foodie and I trust all her restaurant recommendations! She really goes above and beyond for her clients. My friends have used her too and they are all very happy.HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Amy was extremely friendly, helpful, professional, and patient! She worked with me and a group of friends to book a cruise and coordinated everything for us. She went above and beyond when RC did not have the correct records on file and managed to sort out all of the issues.

Our dream wedding and honeymoon came true!

Amy helped my husband and I plan our wedding and honeymoon trip last year and is helping us with our one year anniversary trip right now. To say that Amy has had her work cut out for her is an understatement! With the ever changing Covid restrictions, it was a huge challenge last year even making our trip happen, but Amy literally dodged every curveball it threw our way. Not only did the trip happen but it was better than we could have imagined. We are so appreciative of all the hours she has put into making some of our most precious memories ones that we will never forget. We will continue to turn to Amy for all our travel dreams…with her they WILL come true!!

Amy was incredible to work with. She worked with me for months to make sure my family’s first Disney trip was nothing short of perfect. She took her time to answer every question I had and provided me with detailed emails, lists, and presentations that were necessary especially as a first time Disney traveler. Making these beautiful memories with my family brought tears to my eyes and it wouldn’t have been as seamless to do if it weren’t for Amy’s patience, professionalism and most importantly expertise. Amy was amazing to work with! We came to her after another travel agent at a different company had messed up our family's winter holiday reservation. We were concerned that it was too late to find anything good - but Amy was diligent, responsive, flexible, and so incredibly knowledgeable. We had an approximate budget in mind, and she found us awesome options and really helped us find the best experience for our money, as well as helping us determine the value of using points for our flight versus paying out of pocket. Even after we thought we had narrowed it down, she kept looking on our behalf and found a room at an incredible resort that had just come open and helped us secure it quickly. We ended up at what we all agreed was the best resort we've ever stayed at. We will definitely be working with Amy again in the future.

Amy is very detailed oriented and responded to all quires promptly. She made the planning of a solo parent and sons trip as worry / mental load free was possible, with information, advice and recommendations from flights, hotels, meals, time management, rides, how to spend the day. She made sure I knew the ins and out of Universal Studios when we started out with me having no clue about the place, and had initially been overwhelmed with the sheer load of information. It was almost really like all we had to do was pack and turn up. The travel itinerary / information she created for us that could be screen shot and referred to anytime on our iPhone was so thoughtful and awesome. Amy not only knows her destinations inside and out,and made sure I was prepared and supported, she is also a straight up great human being. I would highly recommended her and her expertise for any travel needs.

Family trip to Disney World

Amy was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of Walt Disney World, including accommodation, transport, restaurants and experiences. She also took into account our family situation and the ages of our children to tailor her advice to our family. Amy also advised us on how best to organise our trip, both in terms of advance bookings and what to do when we were in the parks and I think this enabled us to maximise our time in the parks having fun, instead of queuing! Amy was always available to answer questions in the lead up to the trip and even had a call with us before we left. I am very glad we consulted Amy about our trip and would not hesitate to recommend her to other families!

A Magical Trip We'll Always Remember

Amy is the best! Her knowledge on all things Disney World is immense. She helped plan our recent family vacation to Disney World. It is a trip that we will always remember. Amy spent the time to understand our family’s preferences and guided us to book the right accommodations, dining and activities for our trip. There were times during the planning process, where our family was slow to make decisions. Amy was patient with us as we thought through some options. She provided insights and expertise to ensure we would be happy with our choices.
She understands those items, especially for first time Disney travelers that can be overwhelming. Her strategies are effective both in in advance of arrival and when at Disney. Amy was awesome. She planned our Disney trip to exactly what we wanted. Everything was coordinated perfectly. She was a pleasure to work with and truly wanted to make sure our expectations were met.
