After a 17-year career in law firm management, I embarked on a journey to fulfill my travel passion and make travel a career. I've traveled extensively in the United States and abroad and have been fortunate to cruise on some of the finest ships in the industry. I have also crafted itineraries around my enjoyment of fine dining, wine, winter sports, dynamic cities and great beaches. I've lost track of how many times I have been to New York City, and I am always looking for a return trip to London and Paris as well as Italy and Switzerland!

Kevin is one of the most hardworking agents I have ever used in 50 years of traveling. He listens (really listens!) and then follows through despite unexpected changes and calls for "customer jitters." He is the only travel agent I have used since moving to Tyler 5 years ago.

My 50th Birthday Celebration

Kevin was prompt when I first contacted him. I never imagined 27 tripsters accompanying me as I celebrate my 50th Birthday, But Kevin made sure he was readily available with questions/answers as well as booking information. He checked in with us, sent out reminders and sent updated travel itineraries (while AA was canceling flights), I have planned vacations with other agents in the past and from this day forward continue to plan/book with Kevin Fullen....
