Bailey was amazing! We booked a smaller vacation with our little one, and she thought of every detail. She made sure we had a connecting room with my sister so our boys could play and so the adults can hang out for a bit post bedtime. It’s so nice to know that she can book anything for us we want to do- golf, spa services, a nice dinner out. Bailey can do it all. This took the stress away from me planning our little getaway and I could not have been happier. Bailey was knowledgeable about the area and professional but I felt like I was talking with a friend!

The booking process was simple and straightforward. Having the transportation as part of the reservation made the travel to and from the resort seamless and worry free. After being assigned a room that was clearly not what we had booked and paid for, Shawn advocated for us and we were assigned to an ocean view room that met our expectations. Shawn helped us cancel our trip to Jamaica and re-book to Punta Cana within 24 hours. It was not only us, but another couple as well. She sent us reminders about passports and getting QR codes to travel internationally. When we had questions while on vacation, she answered within minutes.

Shawn was amazing! She made sure every single thing was taken care of for our multi-generational family cruise. She ensured mom had a handicap room, she arranged for her to have help boarding the ship. She made sure we knew all our options for the cruise and excursions. Shawn is easy to work with, and checks in with me via text to make sure everything is how it's expected upon arrival, etc. I've used her twice now and plan to use her again on my next trip! She helped us pick out a great place for our family of six in Marathon, FL. Payment was easy, and I knew if anything happened with our flights I could just call her instead of dealing with the hassle myself. That I liked!

The best part?! Shawn took care of EVERYTHING! I literally showed up at the airport with my suitcase! My family was shocked by the prices of some vacation spots and Shawn suggested something we had never considered. It was absolutely perfect!

Excellent and easy

Shawn booked us with a super beautiful resort for us to spend our honeymoon at. This place was fabulous. The people were amazing. The resort was beautiful, the food was great and the weather was Perfect.
