My 20th Wedding Anniversary trip

Abhinay Sharma is a fantastic travel agent to work with. Before taking our booking, he explained in detail what all the tour covers and what all the additional tour options are so that we are fully aware to make an informed decision. We were delighted by the trip details and went ahead to book the trip. However Wuhan virus messed up up our trip. Again Mr Sharma was their to our rescue. He gave us frequent updates on the travel and when the travel was canceled, he swiftly worked on alternatives. When no alternative was possible, he deftly worked on processing all our refunds. He was methodical in processing all our refunds including our insurance that we paid for the trip, which we were not aware of. He is an excellent travel agent who I wish to retain for all my future travel and also recommend to everyone.

I had a very pleasant experience working with Abhinay. We had booked a cruise to Alaska in May 2020 which unfortunately had to be cancelled due to the outbreak of the Pandemic but both the booking and the cancelling process were handled exceptionally by Abhinay. He went out of the way to help us get back every dollar that was due. He patiently answered the ten's of questions we had during both booking and cancelling the trip! Really enjoyed working with him and would love to book a trip with him again.

Planning our first cruise was stressful until I discovered Abhinay Sharma of Abhi's Adventures. He immediately put us at ease with his wealth of knowledge of cruises and excursions. Our Viking cruise to Alaska was a true trip of a lifetime because of Abhinay's help. Abhinay got us a great room and helped us immensely with advice and information to assist us through this new adventure. Now that I am more familiar with cruises, I still wouldn't plan one without Abhinay's help. I look forward to working with him on our next cruise planned for Summer 2024. Abhinay planned the trip meticulously taking into consideration every aspect of the trip – be it travel time, excursions, activities, dietary restrictions, and adult/kids’ preferences.Even before the trip began, he conducted various sessions at gradual intervals to answer questions about various aspects like what to expect, dates to watch out for items like country specific COVID restrictions, test needs, visa/GC restrictions.
Abhinay sent periodic reminders and even met in smaller groups to cater to individual family needs.
He worked out the best possible deals for group flight tickets, excursions and kept on pleasantly surprising us all the time.
Highly recommend Abhinay and will seek his assistance for future vacations/travels.
