Jenny was easy to work with, listened to what our family's interests were and presented us with some great options. There had to be good ocean fishing for the boys and the girls wanted to just relax and soak up the sun. We chose Hawks Cay and everyone was satisfied!

Right from the start, Jenny was eager to help get our group of 7 from Minneapolis to Orlando. We wanted to stay on Disney property and go to all 4 parks plus Universal Studios. Jenny took care of ALL of it for us! She offered suggestions on resorts, dining, and activities, she booked flights and transportation between the airport and our resort, and was very understanding when 7 family members couldn’t decide on travel dates! Jenny sent us all park maps, personal recommendations, and other information for us to look at the week before we left for our vacation, and she kept in touch so we knew she was available during our trip, too!

In January, we decided to go to Walt Disney World (WDW) for Spring Break. It was a quick turnaround and Jenny made sure it was a smooth process and stress-free for us. Within 24 hours she shared what was available for lodging onsite and ensured we were reserved for each day at our selected theme parks when booked. Since our last visit to WDW, it was 10+ years ago and Jenny was able to put us at ease and provided all the information necessary for us to have an enjoyable time. This included a last minute request for our room which Jenny took care of right away. Jenny welcomed us to WDW with a thoughtful gift when we arrived to our room which we loved and upon our return, Jenny welcomed us back to make sure everything went smoothly. This was our first time utilizing a travel agent for our family vacation, but it definitely won't be the last! We had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Jenny - from the initial intake to checking in with us as we arrived home. Jenny provided a very thorough idea of packages, resort options, excursions and really listened to what we as a family wanted to experience as well as keeping our budget in mind. Her responses to questions whether via text, email, etc were very timely. While we were on vacation she left us a VIP gift upon check-in, and checked in with us - even though she was on her own family vacation. Jenny is a true gem to the industry and we absolutely loved working with her.

Jenny was awesome to work with. We’ve never used a travel agent before but with planning a wedding, we just didnt have the bandwidth to take on booking a honeymooon halfway across the world. She listened to what we were looking for and provided just enough options to not make it overwhelming. Once we made the decision, she had everything set up and ready to go for us, mailed all important documents a week prior to travel and checked in to ensure we had all our questions answered. I felt rest assured about the honeymoon when planning a stressful wedding.

We gave her our info on where we’re wanted to go, flights with different dates, times, refundable, non-refundable, 1st class vs business class or economy asked her to show us options , etc. She provided many options with all of these choices. Continually answering questions, if she wasn’t sure she didn’t quess, she said I’ll find out and get back to you in a specific time frame. She also provided us with car rental options, tour options. She kept in contact with us before and after our trip. She’s organized, friendly, knowledgeable. She made everything as simple as possible for us! She’s the best! My family just got back from a wonderful trip to Disney World in Florida. We have never been on a Disney vacation, so we needed Jenny's help! This was Jenny's second vacation she has planned for our family! I have always heard that planning a Disney trip can be overwhelming. However, this was not the case for us. Jenny reserved our park tickets, hotel, transportation, and dining reservations for our entire trip! We had the best time at Disney, thanks to Jenny's knowledge! Jenny mailed us an itinerary of all the rides and attractions we should try in each park! Her itinerary was so helpful for us Disney Rookies! We got to experience the most in each park, because of her dedication and planning! Jenny reserved our hotel accomdations at the Pop Century Resort on Disney Property! She found covered wagons for us to stay in, which was a big hit for everyone, especially the kids. Was able to help with securing activities as well for a large group. Jenny did awesome job of booking our Mexico vacation. It was a fabulous trip. The transportation Company Amstar was wonderful they were at the airport to pick us up. They arranged our time back to airport and even helped us book excursions they were great. Jenny got us ground floor rooms close to beach. She helped us with all our questions arranged everything and told us step by step what to. We will definitely have Jenny do our travel plans in future.

We had the extreme fortune to work with Jenny on a dream trip to Italy. She was enthusiastic and fun to work with. She not only found flights and excellent lodging options, but she researched, suggested and booked excursions for us. Unfortunately, due to Covid, our trip was cancelled and we were unable to travel as intended. Jenny was very compassionate and worked diligently to get our money refunded. She spent hours working on our behalf and I experienced non of the headaches. I can not wait to work with Jenny again in the future and plan the trip we have dreamed of.

If I could rate my experience with Jenny at 10 stars, I would! Jenny recommended a perfect location with a great value in Cocoa Beach! The hotel was a block from the beach and right next door to the original Ron Jon Surf Shop.
