My family & I have such a passion for travel and have spent lots of time traveling all over the World! I just really enjoy experiencing different Cultures and Cuisines, and love having a break from the normal routine!! I personally have over 200 days at sea and so I would say MY favorite way to Travel is by CRUISE! I love that they are typically HIGH VALUE with LOW COST! I love that each Cruise line has something different they offer in their own way!
As a “Cruise Specialist!”, I can help find which line will best suit you, the best cabin location, and so much more! I have tried numerous different lines, and it’s on my bucket list to sail on every cruise line out there! However, I've booked everything from Budget Lines to Luxury Lines!
However as a Full Service Travel Agency, I also help with All Inclusives, Yacht Charters, Resorts/Hotels, Flights, Transportation, Activities/Excursions, etc. all over the World! My objective is to help you create a Vacation with Memories you will never forget!

Wonderful family trip!

Most people don’t realize that using a travel agent is absolutely free to them! With that said, you NEED to use Anchors Away Vacas for all your travel plans! I’m not talking about just cruises and Disney trips. Kendra will help you find great deals on hotels, flights, cruises, you name it. She not only has the knowledge but the experience as well! She can give you personal experience on a variety of vacations, from Hawaii to the Caribbean. She’s helped us book our cruises, and makes the experience so much easier! Our Very First Holland America Line Cruise

I've known Kendra since high school, and it was very easy to speak with her. We picked out our cruise dates and ship and she found us some incredible cabins and even tossed in a few surprises along the way! Upon booking, she included a small OBC for us to use, a nice treat! We were celebrating my birthday on this particular cruise. One evening after dinner, I was surprised with chocolate strawberries as well as a bottle of champagne (which we enjoyed for sail away on our last port stop)! Kendra even took time out of her busy schedule to send me a personalized text wishing me happy birthday. I am thankful she was able to add another customer to her books and assist us in our cruise planning and enjoyment. This was our first HAL cruise, and it was even more than we could have imagined. Kendra has been SO helpful to us while we've been planning our cruise. Her knowledge of cruising is unmatched because she has been on so many and on multiple cruise lines. She knows all the behind the scenes cruise knowledge you didn't even know you needed to know. It's incredible. She also sent me a very detailed list of things to bring (many things I didn't think of) and tips on how to make the trip even more worth it. Kendra was so helpful in planning our cruise. She provided a wealth of knowledge and helpful tips. She was always quick to reply to any questions we had and made sure we knew exactly what to pack and expect. . It was our first cruise with children and she nailed it when she recommended the Carnival Sunshine. It was very child friendly. The kids loved the kids club and water slides. We highly recommend the ship and Kendra.

Cruising with kids

Kendra is wonderful. Personable, reachable, knowledgable, and ORGANIZED! We used her to plan our cruise and she had all the inside information on what to do/not to do. Where to go, who to talk to on board, etc. I felt like I knew exactly what to expect going into our cruise because she prepared us so well. She gave us a very comprehensive checklist, I not only brought everything, but I used everything! It was perfect. This was the first time we had taken our kids on a cruise and luckily she knew all the ins and outs of cruising with kids because shes done it many times before. She was available for any questions we had while planning and even the day of, wished us luck! I can't wait to work with her again.

Kendra was hands down the best travel agent I have ever worked with. She was very accommodating and made sure to account for every detail especially when traveling with special needs kids. She was reliable and handled everything we needed. I was at one time skeptical of the value of a travel agent with all the travel sites that are now out there but I am now a believer and we are looking forward to what she comes up with next year when we go to Disney World!!
