Back in 2016, I was working part time, had 2 toddlers under the age of 4, plus I just found out that my mother was very sick. After a long day, the way I would unwind from the day was to help other mom's book vacations on the playground. It was so nice to listen to their stories and hear all about how they will never go back to (insert the location... usually Disney World) because it was super frustrating to plan. I always loved to plan things, organize things, make them shiny and beautiful. How was travel any different?
When a friend told me that I could become a travel agent for my job, I laughed it off, until I found out she was telling the the truth.
Throughout my adult life, I have experienced cruises, Hawaii, Italy, London, Russia, Mexico and Bahamas, but my absolute favorite place that I call home will always be Walt Disney World.
As a travel agent I get to use my experience, creativity and organization skills to create amazing trips and memories for families of all ages.

Traveling is always better with friends!
As a little kid, my idea of a good time was organizing my friend's closets. I know weird right? I had this love of putting things in their proper place, color coordinating items, cleaning them up and putting them back in a better location. I had no idea that I would be taking that strange hobby and turning it into my job. Being a travel adviser is just like organizing someone's messy closet. You give me a notebook filled with your travel dreams and scattered ideas and my job is to clean them up and turn thing into something amazing. I still love to organize closets in my spare time, but organizing travel is just so much better.

My husband and I used Melanie to book several trips now! My husband worked with her first to surprise me for my birthday with a trip to Disney World. Both my husband and I are extreme Star Wars nerds and she was able to get us restaurant reservations, fast passes, and even got us into the Star Wars dessert party that evening!! We didn't have to worry about anything on that trip. She had told my husband when and where to be for the rides, food, etc. It was our best trip to Disney ever!! Last year she also helped us book our very first cruise to the Bahamas, and I am so glad we did!! She was able to walk us through how to setup and book everything beforehand (we were unaware that a lot of the specialty offerings on our cruise were requiring reservations through their app). We would have missed out on so much without her advice.
Melanie makes the whole vacation planning process stress-free. I'm definitely booking all my future vacations with her. Highly recommend!!

Amazing VIP tour of Walt Disney World

Melanie continues to amaze us every time we work with her. She secured tickets/park reservations/dining reservations, a ride of the resistance boarding group and most recently arranged a VIP tour we were invited on. She exceeds expectations and handles all of the extra confusing elements, especially during Covid, and continues to try and IMPROVE your experience up until the end of your trip. We had an incredibly magical VIP tour that we will never forget, thanks to Melanie!

She has been incredibly helpful for us on multiple trips - very responsive on communication, thoughtful in helping us figure out the best itinerary and hotels for what we were looking for, and even helped us with an issue on one of the hotels which wasn't her fault. She's very knowledgeable and her experience with the locations probably saved us 10+ hours of online research, no joke. Trustworthy and super helpful, and very nice person to boot.

Melanie was so helpful with all parts of planning my Disney World trip! I hadn't been to Disney World in 15 years since I was a child, so I really had no idea what to expect or even what things I needed to consider in planning a Disney trip, but she helped to answer all of my questions and to make sure that everything was taken care of! She even helped to make sure that I was able to get a boarding pass for Rise of the Resistance! We booked a Disney trip for a week in the Spring of 2018. Melanie handled everything and made it effortless for us. She even updated us daily as we entered each park to ensure our fastpass experience or updates us on new times, etc for rides and dining. We booked the trip at the last minute and she still was able to get us into many events for the kids.

Help With Last Minute Work Trip

It's no secret that I LOVE DISNEY! Thankfully I've found a travel agent and now friend who loves Disney equally or as much as me! I was blessed with meeting Melanie Frady at Travelmation LLC. Melanie is so knowledgeable about all things Disney! We have used Melanie for both Disney World and Disneyland vacations! She provides information on where we should stay based on our family's interest, restaurants to eat at, and then she gets up super early to make dining and fastpass reservations so I don't have to. First ever Disney trip with zero stress!!!

Melanie was absolutely incredible in multiple trips she has helped us with. Our first ever Disney trip with our 3 daughters was something we looked forward to but also were terrified of because of the stress we heard about from so many people. Melanie truly made that trip 100% stress free. She planned everything for us, taught us how to go about everything, and what to avoid. She even made sure to plan how to best make the trip enjoying for our 3 year old who couldn't ride everything. She made sure that while one of us was on a bigger ride with our older two girls, the other was doing something fun close by with our youngest and then we would swap so we all got to enjoy everything. It truly was incredible

She was absolutely incredible from start to finish ! Favorite thing was while on the way to Epcot out of the blue she was like I have a reservation at the new French restaurant would you like it it’s before your Ratatouille ride and we said YES it was one of the best parts of our trip and so thoughtful even when we assumed she was done with her job she still was making our vacation the best ever !!!! Saved us a ton of Hassle for our School Trip

When our robotics team needed hotel rooms for the State Championship, we were stressed. We checked prices and availability and discovered that we were up against a tough assignment. Each place was booked, or had high rates that we could not afford. I was not sure what to do and the phone calls and emails back and forth to hotels was definitely not my favorite part of coaching a team. I had heard that Melanie Frady had assisted another team at school so I reached out to her to see if she could assist us. I am so thankful that I did. I've experienced many different travel agents, and I can confidently say Melanie is the best I've seen.I had such an amazing experience working with Melanie, I cannot recommend her enough. I reached out to her just days before a really complicated trip that required all sorts of tickets for different people and access - Melanie worked tirelessly nonstop to get everything sorted out for us, even while she was at a conference, even at the wee hours of morning, constantly checking different strategies until she solved everything for us, one by one.

An Amazing Trip!

Our family of four traveled to Disney World and had an amazing time! We could not have done it without Melanie - and I mean that sincerely. She was recommended to us by family who have used her expertise at least 3 times in the last 8 years. I am not a “Disney person” and found researching everything on my own to be overwhelming and confusing. My spouse having grown up in Orlando was more adept; however, wanted all the inside tips and info. Enter Melanie! She spent time listening to exactly what we wanted from our trip, how to organize our time/schedule, how to maximize the most from our time spent and tips and tricks to make the most of our adventure. Memory making to the max was had by all! I thought visiting Disney would be a “one and done” visit…and left a complete Disney convert. The entire family is still discussing when we’ll return. Perfect Disney vacation

Melanie helped us have a fantastic trip! We spent 3 days visiting the different Disney parks (Animal Kingdom, Magic Kingdom, and Epcot) and then spent 2 nights about the Galactic Starcruiser. Melanie did all the hard work and got us reservations for everything we wanted, even some restaurants that appeared to be fully booked online. She showed us lots of tricks for making the most of our time so that we got to ride everything we wanted to ride, and she checked in with us throughout the trip to make sure everything was going smoothly and we had everything we needed. I can't recommend her enough!

Where do I even begin?!? My family and I called Melanie last minute for a Disney family vacation (8 of us total) with absolutely no reservation or way to get into Magic Kingdom (their reservations were completely booked). She worked what we call her “Melanie Magic” and made the impossible happen. She prayed, and worked morning, noon and night putting her heart, soul and time into making the impossible happen for our family. My husband also has been battling Stage IV Metastatic Melanoma and she even took the time out to call and advise us of every step of the way to plan our visit- from disability to the new Genie plus and examples of how to make the most out of our visit. She has been thoughtful, kind and so thorough. We wont hesitate to call Melanie for every single future vacation, Whether Disney or any other future vacation we decide to take! Disney World During the Pandemic

We have used Melanie many times in the past, but traveling again for the first time after the pandemic began caused us to have concerns. We knew we needed a "get away", but were not sure what might be different with traveling this time around. We contacted Melanie 1 week prior to our impromptu trip. She was able to secure the hotel and theme parks we wanted for each day, dining reservations which we had no clue we needed prior to talking to her, she gave us some tips and tricks for how Disney was handling things during COVID, and ensured we knew how to use the Disney app during our vacation. Melanie has helped us more than words can express! She knows all the tips and tricks to help you plan the most magical vacation. She even made our dining reservations, fast passes, and park reservations. She makes herself available to her clients in a variety of ways and was even on top of it when we planned a very last minute quick trip. During the pandemic she worked tirelessly to get our trip rescheduled several times to make sure my family goes at just the right time for us to feel safe. Perfect VIP tour day at Disney. We did it all!

This VIP tour was something I never thought I would get to do, but was an unbelievable perfect day in 3 parks skipping all the lines. Melanie made it simple, and fun and oh so memorable. The tour guide (Kate) was a dream and shuttled is all over the back entrances to animal kingdom, magic kingdom and Epcot. We rode all the best rides and even did them twice whenever we wanted to. I recommend having Melanie help you book this. I didn’t Even know where to start! Best day ever!

Best Travel Agent Ever

THE best travel agent! Was scheduled to fly out this afternoon to LA. I was invited out by the guys at LAPD K9 for their K9 Memorial Dedication (which has been long overdue and very long in the making). My flight was delayed due to flat tire. I immediately texted Melanie (she books all my travel). I was standing in line (which was extremely long) to figure out what to do. She immediately got on the phone while I waited to try and get me on the next flight. My chances were slim to none since I was at the back of the line. She went to work and signed me up to be a skymiles member. They were going to charge me $1099 to upgrade to first class which was the only way I would make the flight. She then text me and said the lady upgraded me for FREE! God is good and I’ll still make it in time. She even called my hotel to let them know I would be arriving late. She is hands down the best and I am super grateful!!! If you don’t have a travel I highly recommend you call her!

From pandemic problem solving to best trip EVER!

Melanie has been amazing. We originally planned a trip in 2019 that had to be cancelled multiple times due to the pandemic. In the end , she helped us plan and book two trips and provided guidance and tips along the way. I could never put a price on how much value she added to our planning. She even Che Jed in with us while we were in Disney World, before 7 am to make sure we were ready and set! I cannot recommend her enough and will definitely be using her again!

Not only did she plan the trip for over our Christmas vacation, she rebooked it in a matter of minutes of us finding out we couldn’t go because one of the kids tested positive for COVID. Her personalized itinerary for us included ever single detail to allow me to focus on making memories with my sons. I was in charge of planning a Disney World trip for my family and my sister’s and was drowning in all the information and details. I am so happy I found Melanie. She did nearly everything for us. It made the overwhelming concept of Disney World (restaurant reservations, Fast Passes, on-site resorts vs off-site, etc.) so stress-free. She knows so much and is truly a travel expert! Also, she’s approachable and extremely responsive in communication. She was able to adjust restaurant reservations the week of our trip and was available to talk during our trip whenever I had questions. An added bonus: she is super friendly and easy to get along with, which made the process actually fun!

Once again, Melanie made this trip fantastic for us! Not only did she help us plan it out in between our cheer competition times, but she also add lots of tips and tricks to help us make the most of our limited time in the parks! I Animal Kingdom, she lined up a special VIP viewing of the incredible Nemo show, what a fun experience. While we were at Epcot, she was behind the scenes, still improving our day, even while we were there, enjoying it! Can’t wait to use here again to travel soon!

Melanie is prompt, fast, efficient and so knowledgeable. She gave us so many options and got the hotel suite and perfect dining reservation that we wanted. It was perfect. So easy. She is a pleasure. We even got a gift basket delivered to our hotel one night the kids and adults loved! Melanie makes it easy!

Melanie is the first person we call when we start to think about a trip. She provides a quote so fast and takes care of all the initial reservations and providing info on restaurants and activities. She was particularly helpful in making sure we had all of the necessary COVID testing and forms complete. Melanie doesn’t stop working for us while we are on the trip - she helped us with some last minute dinner reservations while we were there too. We are so glad to be traveling again!!

Amazing VIP tour of Walt Disney World

She secured tickets/park reservations/dining reservations, a ride of the resistance boarding group and most recently arranged a VIP tour we were invited on.
