An Amazing Adventure

He is wonderful to work with. EXTREMELY knowledgeable (and truly excited) about travel all over the world! He is very prompt in responding and has many tidbits of valuable traveling information and experiences not to miss. He can also make last-minute changes and additions with ease, which I couldn't find myself online. He was able to add 5 days at Walt Disney World after the Carnival Cruise he booked for us (which was NOT a Disney Cruise) so we could enjoy more time in Florida with our kiddos. He definitely knows all of the ins and outs of travel. I can't wait to plan my next trip with Joseph!!

Joseph was by far the easiest travel agent I have ever worked with. Everything was so laid back yet very professional. Every little detail was worked out and if we had questions he was quick to answer. There were a few discrepancies with passports but he fixed them immediately. Joseph worked to set my wife and I up for a trip to celebrate our 10-year anniversary. COVID and other circumstances required multiple schedule changes, Joseph never missed a beat. He listened to what we were looking for, dealt with multiple couples traveling together and answered all questions right away. Everything from booking, changes, flights, shuttle transportation and resort choice were SPOT on. We walked in the grand front lobby of the Barcelo Maya Riveria and we’re blown away. We used another travel agent before, never again. Joseph will be our lifetime travel agent. 5 star agent, 5 star guy that set us up on a 5 star vacation.

Family Anniversary Trip
We spent seven wonderful days in this tropical paradise all-inclusive exclusive resort on the shores of the Gulf of Mexico with our family of 11. This vacation not only met, but exceeded our expectations of everything we hoped and wished for. I could go on and on, but the take-away is this. This all-inclusive Hotel Xcaret Mexico Resort exceeded my wildest expectations. It was literally a trip of a lifetime celebrating our anniversary milestone with our family. We made some incredible lasting memories that will endure forever. Thank you Joseph Fehlen of Small Town Wanderer in Rhinelander for making this happen. You were vigilant and quick to answer all of our questions and concerns quickly and accurately, and provided the comfort and guidance we needed before and throughout our trip.
