Joseph was by far the easiest travel agent I have ever worked with. Everything was so laid back yet very professional. Every little detail was worked out and if we had questions he was quick to answer. There were a few discrepancies with passports but he fixed them immediately. Would HIGHLY recommend Joseph to anyone looking to wander around the world. Would use him again in a heart beat.

Joseph worked to set my wife and I up for a trip to celebrate our 10-year anniversary. COVID and other circumstances required multiple schedule changes, Joseph never missed a beat. He listened to what we were looking for, dealt with multiple couples traveling together and answered all questions right away.
