Personalized Vacation Planner

Hello! I am a wife, mother, and traveling enthusiast.  During my childhood, my family would pack our vehicle, load the canoes, bicycles, and hitch the pop-up camper.  We camped, hiked, and biked every weekend of our summers.  I have many fond memories of spending time with my family on these outings. Now I have children of my own.  We still enjoy hiking, biking and canoeing regularly.  We also enjoy visiting museums and historical sites.  However, in 2011 my husband and I discovered cruising.  It has become our favorite way to travel AND still do many of the activities we enjoy.  We have seen Mayan ruins, kayaked through mangroves, floated down a glacier fed river, and so much more.

The easiest goodbye.

In November, my great aunt passed away. Her memorial was being held the first of the year. With the better part of a month to plan, I was paralyzed with indecision and grief. Stephanie Collum’s great kindness during that time helped immensely. She was able to insure I had all arrangements needed to properly meet with family and join in the celebrations. At no point was she pushy or furthering her own agenda. It was like working with my best friend!

We had a wonderful time.

Stephanie helped us with the trip from the first time she came till it was time for us to leave. She answered any questions we had, explained everything in word and written, planned two excursions not related to Royal Caribbean, listened to our concerns, told us about the ship app, sent us printed out air flights and told us ehen to get covid tests and where. She was so helpful and even emailed us to answer one our questions when her and her husband was on a cruise.

A fun birthday adventure for a dad and his son.

Easy, smooth, and informational. I gave Stephanie my thoughts and requirements and she did the rest. She was one step ahead of Carnival at every turn and had me prepped for this trip down to the smallest details. She was continuously available via email, text, or phone for all of my questions. She followed up and checked in along the way. The day I got back, she texted to see how it all was. As someone who does everything online and DIY, I was skeptical of using an agent, but she took every ounce of the guesswork out of the process. I won't book another trip without Stephanie's help.
