Kim made planning a surprise trip for my parents easy and stress-free! It was so nice to have her present us with options to choose from and not have to do any of that coordination ourselves ??! She has also been amazing in getting them upgraded options while saving money!

Kim came up with the idea of the river cruise in order to see the most in the short amount of time and then added the pre-extension trip to Switzerland. Everything was perfect. We ended up going on the trip of a lifetime to Grindelwald, Switzerland, Lake Lucerne, Switzerland, then a Viking River Cruise up the Rhine river through Germany, France and the Netherlands.
