Monastery of Samos on el Camino
Travel and history have always interested me. Growing up in the USA, I was always been enamored by old European cities with winding Roman roads and small cafes. In my late 20's I moved to the center of Madrid, Spain, and this country quickly became my second home and family. While living in Spain, I began touring the country, learning the culture and exploring hidden villages and cities. After walking the life-changing journey of El Camino de Santiago, or The Way of St. James, my priorities in life shifted and I became dedicated to this wonderful pilgrimage. Now I specialize in bringing travelers to walk the Camino and letting them experience this life-changing journey for themselves.
During the last years I have been a specialized tour guide of the Camino, working with people from all over the world. My goal is to give pilgrims an authentic Camino experience, keeping in line with the thousand year old tradition. While doing a guided tour, I allow individuals to walk their own Camino at their own pace, experiencing the beauty and depth of the Way. When booking a self-guided Camino I offer accommodations right on the Camino, help travelers plan their stages and take care of everything. I am passionate about helping others discover this beautiful and meaningful journey.
