An absolute pleasure to work with Jay. Totally professional, enthusiastic, knowledgeable. Our trip was requested at short notice and Jay had everything in place within days. Honeymoon

Jay is a true professional and makes sure every detail is perfect. After working with Jay, I can’t imagine doing a trip without him. He really took the time to get to know us as a couple to personalize our trip, rather than giving us a cookie cutter itinerary. Jay does a great job communicating before, during, and after the trip so you don’t have to worry about any detail being missed.

Trip of a lifetime

KMX planned our trip to Africa over the winter holidays -- with little notice from us, by the way. Regardless, they made it work flawlessly and were still able to pull off an amazing itinerary for us. The itinerary was jam packed with wonderful things to do. Since this trip, everyone has been asking me what my favorite part was and I really can't decide! Cape Town, the winelands, Victoria Falls and of course our safari....each location was so enjoyable in their own way. We absolutely loved our Cape Town tour guide, and we also met forever friends on our safari. Jay was very accessible the whole time -- communicative by phone or text during our trip to ensure we were able to do all the things we wanted, from dinner reservations to buying some last minute tickets for us for a night out in Cape Town. I highly recommend their services!

A bucket list trip, and Best trip of our life!

My husband and I worked with Jay and Jess when planning our honeymoon in South Africa and Botswana. They were absolutely amazing - I cannot say enough about the attention to detail they put into the trip. They had everything planned out perfectly - travel transfers, drivers, meals, etc. our trip went from exploring the city to the Cape Winelands then off to Botswana for a safari. Each step of the way was better than the last. This was all due to Jay and Jess really taking the time to get to know us before and cater the trip specifically to our needs and interests. I’m a Type A person, but I felt confident leaving the planning to them which made the trip that much more enjoyable and relaxing when we got there. I would recommend their service to anyone looking for the trip of a lifetime!

PURE MAGIC

My wife planned this trip as a surprise, so I wasn't part of the planning process, but I do know that he was able to put this entire trip together with fun surprises and added bonuses on very short notice which was extremely impressive. We also were escorted when we landed in Johannesburg thru customs and all the stops along the way to our hotel and then to the airport and gate the next day. The entire experience from beginning to end was executed flawlessly. He was even able to help (from another country) with a minor hiccup after we arrived Botswana

Jay and Jessica have booked several trips for us throughout Africa and Europe. We travel quite a bit and used to book our own trips. Since we have worked with Jay and Jess, its been so much easier just letting them do it, primarily because we trust them. Our travel is usually first class luxury and they understand that kind of travel. Finding that kind of travel agent you can trust is not easy. Fortunately, we met Jay and Jess several years ago and now they book all of our international travel. Every trip has been a homerun. They make complicated trips very easy and they obviously care about your experience before, during and after the trip.......not just until you make the final payment. They are the best travel agents I've ever worked with and I have worked with several over our many years of travel.

The Rwanda and Tanzania trip that Jay and his team curated for us was nothing short of perfect. The partners and guides he paired us with were the crème de la crème delivering top notch hospitality, care and service. We felt well looked after every step of the way. The transfers were seamless, and we were never without someone to guide us to the next destination. Plus, Jay was always a text or phone call away, day or night. He went above and beyond, whether we were celebrating a birthday or remembering a dietary restriction, not a detail was overlooked. Our expectations were exceeded, and we can’t wait to travel with him again.

Jay was very thorough on every detail having to do with the planning of our trip. During the trip he was always in touch with us. We shared a WHATSAPP group which he used to make sure we left and arrived well to all the destinations planned. We shared pictures with him as well. It was almost as if he was traveling with us. If you want someone to make sure you have a smooth trip, Jay is the person to plan it for you. AMAZING!!!!!

Jay planned us an EPIC trip to Rwanda and Tanzania! He is the go to person for anything Africa! This was the second trip to Africa he has planned for us and we are going to start working with him on a third trip. From our first phone call, planning stages, until our last day he was attentive! Everything he planned was exceptional from our accommodations to our guides to all the fun details and surprises. He did not leave one detail out. Amazing Trip!

Jay planned the most fabulous South African vacation for my husband and our three adult daughters. He took the time to talk about what sort of experience we were looking for and customized it to fit our interests. No detail was overlooked and he and his team on the ground in South Africa were on top of every little thing we might need. When the weather didn't cooperate with our Plan A, they were quick to move to Plan B like making a quick switch from shark cage diving to paragliding because the waves were too big on the water.
And there were plenty of fun surprises such as spontaneously snagging that hard-to-get reservation at South Africa's top-ranked restaurant and arranging a fabulous picnic lunch perched high atop the most picturesque vineyard. Jay picked safari lodges that he thought would be perfect for us and they did not disappoint. Jay's attention to detail and desire to create the most perfect vacation for each client is clearly apparent.

Best Trip EVER

There really are no words to describe the incredible experience my family had with Jay and Jessica and their kids. Jay and Jessica are on point on every intricate detail of the planning of a beautiful vacation. My daughter and her EIGHT year old son went to three countries in Africa and Jay planned the perfect trip in a month's time. No stone was left unturned. We did nothing. Jay was in communication constantly by email, phone, text, and Zoom. The experience for my family was outrageous. It was epic. They plan to go back to Africa.

The Dream Honeymoon

Jay was very helpful and attentive throughout every phase of the planning and execution processes. When we initially started thinking about places to travel it was Jay that came up with the wildest idea we had ever heard of…traveling to South Africa and Mozambique!
Our trip began with a three night stay in the foothills of Table Top Mountain at the exclusive B&B Kensington Place. During our time in Cape Town we toured the city and ocean side, got a chance to go cage diving with the great white sharks in False Bay, and had a private lunch with an exclusive local chef. Throughout our stay we were well taken care of and our guide was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
From the coast we traveled inland to the Cape Winelands, where we had a chance to tour amazing local wineries. Our favorites were Waterford Estate, De Trafford, and the Delaire Graff Estate (where you also can see some amazing diamonds!). Our overnight stay at Le Quartier Français was over the top, including a 13 course dinner at The Tasting Room.
Our adventure really kicked in to gear with our travel out to the Kruger to safari at the Sabi Sands private game reserve. We stayed at the magical Londolozi Varty camp. We will forever cherish our time on safari, which included morning and evening trips out which provided us the chance to see the African Big 5. Our time in camp was luxurious and relaxing, the food was amazing, and our fridge was always full of refreshments!
We finished our trip with a jaunt out to Ponta Mamoli, Mozambique, where we relaxed seaside at the White Pearl Resorts (and stuffed our faces with awesome local Portuguese influenced cuisine).
Jay assembled an experience that was amazing and we would highly recommend him to anyone looking for the honeymoon or trip of their dreams!
