Hi! My name is Damara Ramos and I am a travel agent/vacation planner with Fairytale Journeys Travel Agency. I have been with Fairytale Journeys Travel since May 2012 and have booked many family vacations through the years.

Booking Your Vacation -I will take care of booking all of the elements of your vacation that you require as part of your vacation package. Room, Park Tickets, Arrange Ground transportation.
Discount Watching-Who doesn't like to save a few dollars? I am up to date with current discounts and am very familiar with the historical discount trends. I keep close watch for discounts that can be applied to your vacation! Even if you have booked your vacation prior to a discount release, I can apply the discount to your reservation if applicable!
On Demand, Personal Assistance-I am always available anytime you have a question or need help making a decision. Having someone to discuss vacation plans with or share ideas or even be able to offer suggestions is invaluable! Rest assured I will be there when you need my help, anytime!

The trip was planned during spring break. I had went to Disney World and also Universal/Islands of Adventure. It went smoothly, and i got to experience everything i wanted to. Transportation, food, rides, shows, and resorts were planned out well. It was definatly the easiest trip i’ve ever had.

Damara was great! She planned the perfect surprise trip for my kids and myself to Universal for my daughter’s 12th birthday. Everything went perfectly and the kids said it was the best trip of their lives.

2nd Honeymoon!

We had a great time thanks to Damara. She helped with hotel and tickets for Universal, Animal Kingdom and Epcot. My husband had back issues and she let know what rides to avoid and she help us getting a scooter. Everything was easy thanks to all the help she gave us. We will use her again on our next family trip.

Damara was extremely helpful when my father had a medical issue and had to make changes to the reservation and with Carnival Cruise lines. She did an amazing job with our booking and was able to get our rooms right next door to each other!

The most magical trip of all! AGAIN!

Damara is the absolute BEST!!!! She perfectly planned our trip for us for the second time, and we already want to go back again. She got us every reservation we wanted at the perfect times. She even arranged for all three of my kids to visit the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, followed by lunch at Cinderella's Castle! It was the most amazing day. She knows the parks inside and out, and gave us amazing recommendations for every day of the trip. She is so easy to work with and so communicative. She even sent my kids a letter and care package from Mickey Mouse when it was almost time for the trip! They were soooo excited to receive that. I love that she also gave me a detailed itinerary that I could follow every day of the trip, taking into account all of my "must dos". It was the perfect, magical trip. I recommend her to everyone!

Damara planned an incredible trip for us! We had two adults and three small children, and she picked the absolute perfect itinerary for us. We never worried about where to go or what to eat, and she had amazing tips and tricks to help us get the most out of the parks without feeling like we had to rush from one thing to the next. She took care of every aspect of planning, and even let us know when Southwest opened up new direct flights to Orlando so we could get super cheap plane tickets! She really thought of everything. I'm most grateful to her for getting us the perfect reservations to Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique for my 4 year old! It was the highlight of our trip for sure. She was so communicative and answered every question I could possibly think of. This was by far the easiest and best Disney trip we've ever done. I could not be happier with her services and am recommending her to everyone. I want to go back to Disney already thanks to Damara!

Damara helped us out so much with buying our universal tickets for our honeymoon this past October! Making sure we got the best deals! I would have been completely lost ordering tickets because things have changed over the years. She also informed us with tips and tricks about universal with recommending the dining plan which saved us lots of money on our trip! We recommend her to help you with any of your travel needs!
