Honestly the smoothest trip we have ever taken.Pamela took care of booking our hotels and trains as booking some tours.
I'm not sure if you know how complicated the train system in Europe can be, so why not save yourself the stress?
Pamela sent up updates itineraries with any train changes so we would not have to worry about leaving our hotels too early or too late.
My emails were answered very quickly and I knew we can always reach out if we had any questions.
This entire vacation was a breeze and totally stress free.

Pam was absolutely amazing. This was our first cruise and our first trip to Europe, and she made the process easy and really helped guide us. The day before we left the airline canceled our flight, causing us to be very concerned. As soon as business hours open, Pam work diligently to get everything straightened out. Within a few hours, we had a new flight and were able to make it to the cruise before departure. Additionally, when there were hiccups in route, she continued to assist us. Honestly, without her intervention, we likely would not have been able to make it out of our own state. Cannot recommend her enough!!

My Bucket List Trip

My trip to NYC was a once in a lifetime “bucket list” trip so it was very important to me that it was great. Pamela Dawson was recommended to me by a good friend. I contacted Pamela and told her when I wanted to travel and approximately where I wanted to stay and she did everything. Pamela arranged our flights and hotel accommodations and was in constant contact with us leading up to trip and even after we arrived home to ensure our trip went well and our accommodations were what we expected. Pamela also send us a link to utilize to arrange tours and purchase sightseeing tickets. Pamela is a very good travel agent and we will be utilizing her services again in the future.
