Ease for the Overwhelmed

For our first family trip to Disney World (and my personally first trip ever), we put our trust in Lissa for planning and I'm so glad we did. I was overwhelmed by all the things that were "supposed" to be figured out months in advance and was worried I would do the wrong thing and mess our trip up and/or miss on obvious things and regret it. There was a number of items that had deadlines and she would gently remind us what they were (with descriptions) and when. She booked our flights, our Disney resort accommodations, our dining reservations (I didn't know what to choose!), and reminded us of our FastPass deadline (and we were given info on what rides tended to busier so that really helped us choose). She was accessible, prompt, patient, and helpful. I feel so good about the ease of our Disney experience (last week) and I definitely thank her for it!

I started working with Lissa after winning a raffle at a Star Wars Event at Rust Library. I had never worked with a travel agent before, so I was excited about the prospect. Lissa is always very prompt with emails and updates! This was super important since I've had to reschedule my trip not once, but twice during the Covid-19 Pandemic. I don't know what I would have done without her during this crazy time! I am so excited out my trip which *crosses fingers* will happen next March. I highly recommend Lissa, she is the absolute best! Our Disney Cruise was amazing. Our kids constantly talk about when we get to go on the boat again. I couldn't have pulled it off without Lissa. Lissa was amazingly patient while we continuously had to reschedule our Walt Disney World trip due to Covid-19. She was diligent with keeping us up to date with the latest news regarding WDW and how Covid-19 was effecting resort(s) and park(s) operations. We decided to take our trip during what we felt, as a family, was the safest time to go. Family Fun 2022!

My experience with Lissa’s assistance and planning my family vacation was incredible! She set up a call immediately after I contacted her via her webpage. She asked great questions and was able to give me a few different resorts in Cancun that would fit my family‘s needs. We ended up going to the hard rock in Cancun. Three adults and two teenagers. We initially were seeking somebody knowledgeable with booking our 2020 vacation and quickly turned into a two year relationship with rescheduling our Covid trip. A (COVID-delayed) anniversary trip to remember

Lissa planned the BEST trip for my family to Universal. She is wonderful and amazing. She listened to what we wanted and made sure we understood all options available to us. She was able to offer advice and tips for the theme parks. She also found is a great deal at the park and hotel. Once the trip was booked Lissa continued to email and check in with us. Our Best Vacation Yet

Lissa planned a Maui vacation for our family. She was very helpful with finding a resort that met our needs and in a great location. She also planned the excursions that the whole family was interested in. She reached out to us mid-week to make sure things were going smoothly. A dream trip come true

I am grateful to Lissa for listening to our needs and making this trip excellent for us and our elderly mother. She made sure we had wheelchair service requested on all flights, booked us a first floor room for the needs of our elderly mom and made sure we were close to the grocery store and shops. We are all so busy working, having Lissa do all the booking, organizing, and reminding makes all the difference in a wonderful vacation. We would go back in a heartbeat. I felt refreshed and ready for the chaos of life to resume. I recommend Lissa to my friends when they talk about traveling. Thank you!

Best trip ever!

My family and I just returned from a Walt Disney World / Disney Cruise Line vacation. This was the third trip Lissa has planned for us and I am always absolutely thrilled at how “magical” each trip has been. Lissa arranged our WDW resort stays for both before and after our 4 day cruise on the Disney Wish. In addition she booked our park tickets, helped with dining reservations, gave us excellent tips and recommendations for the cruise and made all of our transportation arrangements to and from MCO, WDW and Port Canaveral. She is always quick to respond to any and all questions. Therefore, if you are looking for a top notch travel agent, I strongly recommend you consider using Lissa.

She is awesome!She will look for the best options and prices, she will answer all you questions and help you through your trip, pretty much she will do everything for you ?? ??

A Great First Orlando Trip

I highly recommend Lissa to help plan your Disney vacation. She went above and beyond for me and I am so happy to have found her. Some things to note, she happily helped us reschedule our trip due to a pending hurricane coming our way and got the change fee waived. She also helped me booked a reservation at Be Our Guest which is pretty much impossible. I couldn’t get a decent time and she found one and held the reservation for me. I would def use her again! Fast, thoroughly comprehensive, and easy service!
I was busy with the details of our other travel plans and was running out of time. I called Lissa and we talked briefly about what we wanted and after some research she called back in less than 15 min with a great 3 day/3park package and hotel at Universal. I would have kept checking for better deals and taken forever to decide. It was nice to turn it over to her, just say book it, and have it done in 20 min a week out from our trip so I could focus on other things. The trip was great, without any hitches, and we had an amazing room at the Aventura Hotel she booked us on Universal's property and loved the new Volcano Bay waterpark and geeking out in Harry Potter World.
