For our first family trip to Disney World (and my personally first trip ever), we put our trust in Lissa for planning and I'm so glad we did. I was overwhelmed by all the things that were "supposed" to be figured out months in advance and was worried I would do the wrong thing and mess our trip up and/or miss on obvious things and regret it. There was a number of items that had deadlines and she would gently remind us what they were (with descriptions) and when. She booked our flights, our Disney resort accommodations, our dining reservations (I didn't know what to choose!), and reminded us of our FastPass deadline (and we were given info on what rides tended to busier so that really helped us choose). She was accessible, prompt, patient, and helpful. I feel so good about the ease of our Disney experience (last week) and I definitely thank her for it!
