This was our 30th Anniversary trip to the Big 5 National Parks in Utah. We stayed in fabulous hotels, glamped and almost stayed in a teepee, but chose a wonderful cabin instead. Jillian arranged for special little surprises along the way. We couldn't have planned a trip like this ourselves. She made it so memorable!!

Jillian was Amazing! She really put some work in for our trip. We had a destination Bachelorette party of 17 girls. With that many people and last minute additions there’s bound to be mishaps. Jillian is excellent at what she does. She planned our Puerto Rico trip and it was thoroughly planned, I can tell that she spent a lot of time doing the research to find the unique spots that I wanted to see. She also listed the recommended restaurants and the list of foods to try. The app was so helpful, it had the full details of the trip and it was very easy to follow and everything I needed (the documents, the passes, etc) were all in one place and easy to access. I wouldn't trust anyone else to plan my trip in the future and highly recommend Jillian for your future trips!

I was skeptical about hiring a travel agent to plan a trip, but my husband found Jillian and as soon as we had our first phone call, I realized how much time and effort she would save us for very little money. Jillian knew the trade-offs of train vs. plane, of where to stay and how to maximize our time. She was quick with answers and superb with advice about Costa Brava and Barcelona. I can never say enough about working with Jillian! I would not feel comfortable leaving the country without her, especially with all the new rules/regulations for travel. I watched many travelers that were unaware of requirements that were held up trying to complete forms.
We were traveling for my Birthday. Our trip started in Isla Mujeres, took us to Cancun, and ended in Riviera Maya. Customized from the very start. Transportation waiting to pick us up with a Birthday sign and flowers all set up by Jillian. All hotels were aware of my Birthday and I had special little surprises throughout the trip.
I had the customized app Axus for the trip as well. This is a wonderful app that allows you to track all of your trips but more importantly provided documents and an itinerary all in one spot. Our resort was perfect, our exertion was amazing! Then Hurricane Delta came upon us with fierce force. We had to evacuate to a different Karisma resort an hour south. Jillian was able to communicate with the resort, airport, etc . to keep us abreast of the situation and to check on us. She even took my mother's contact to reach out to her if we lost service. She went so far above and beyond, I felt as though I had a friend on my side watching over me. I wish I could find better words to express how highly I would recommend her.

She then went the extra mile when the whole trip had to be rerouted given coronavirus (I was flying to Bangkok through China).
