As a Certified Travel Counselor (CTC) and Accredited Cruise Counselor (ACC) with nearly 15 years of experience, I bring a host of benefits to my clients.
First and foremost, I ask questions and listen very carefully to my clients' answers. This enables me to carefully point my clients to the right destination for their unique getaway.

I have been in the luxury travel industry for many years, culminating in numerous industry expert certifications, destination specializations and insider connections. We had looked at buying our own honeymoon online with one of the companies you see advertising on tv. But the more we thought about it we realized we probably should get a real travel agent to help us. Someone we could ask questions and get help if we needed it. We found Robin from Klaver Travel's facebook page and after talking to her on the phone we knew we made the right choice. She asked us our preferences and we told her what we were thinking but that it seemed so overwhelming. With Robin helping us all that stress disappeared. Not only did we get the honeymoon of our dreams but Robin made sure we were treated like VIPS. She also had arranged for some extras to be included at no charge to us! We are planning a large family reunion cruise and already have Robin helping to put it together. We highly recommend you use Robin for all travel. We know we always will!!

Best travel agent around!

You cannot ask for a more patient travel agent! We were all over the place on where we wanted to go in Europe. We felt this would be a once in a lifetime trip and wanted to fit it all in. After talking with Robin we realized that yes we could go everywhere but we would get to EXPERIENCE everywhere. Robin showed us that this didn't have to be a one and done trip. We ended up touring Italy this time and have already planned with Robin a trip to the UK! We highly recommend Robin to all of our friends!

Once in a life time trip to Costa Rica ????

Robin was amazing to work with and set up the perfect trip for us. She was so accommodating, responsive and planned a once in a lifetime trip!We had an absolutely amazing trip. Everything planned was great and the additional North Fields chocolate and coffee tour in La Fortuna was great.
We highly recommend our entire itinerary:)
The hotels were beautiful and super helpful.
The San Lucas treetop dining was so cool. We had our own personal glass box with our own table and waitress. The food was delicious and they accommodated all of our asks.
We wish we had at least 1 more day in Monteverde!
The Volcano lodge was great all the hot springs, hot tub and outdoor sauna they had were great for relaxing!

Never Travel Without Robin As Your Travel Agent!

We were a family going to Jamaica and we thought we wanted one resort but due to Robin's expertise and contacts she knew of renovations that would have impacted our stay. She gave us a few suggested resort options and put together great itineraries and excursions. We had the best time and we will never travel without Robin planning it for us again!!

Happy Honeymooners

Robin was the travel agent my husband and I chose to help us plan our honeymoon. First & foremost, she asked our budget & any other requirements we had. Our biggest request was an all-inclusive resort. Robin really delivered! She gave us options in several different places that checked out in all our must-have areas. My husband and I decided on a resort in Jamaica and Robin took care of everything. It was the least stressed I have ever been planning a vacation, because she did it all! She even scheduled a ride for us to and from the airport through the resort. Once we were settled in, Robin was kind enough to have the resort send a bottle of rum and a fruit plate to our room, which we really enjoyed. She is, hands down, the best travel agent we could have asked for and I look forward to using her services for all our future vacations. She cares about client satisfaction and works tireless to ensure her clients are happy and enjoying their vacation. She is the best!

Robin worked directly with us and was even able to accommodate some different circumstances. The entire experience went smoothly and Robin threw in some extras for us that made the whole trip that much better. Robin is awesome! She was in touch with us the entire duration of our trip. Helped us set up everything, reschedule excursions while we were on our trip, and even kept us informed on our delayed flight back to the U.S. We will definitely use her in the future and recommend her to everyone we know!

Covid Made Travel Hard, Robin Made It EASY!

Trying to plan a vacation was hard enough before covid, but with all of the new restrictions it is a nightmare. Looking up each country's protocols to enter and making sure we could get tested to return back to the US was making us so anxious. Thankfully we found Robin with Klaver Travel! Not only did she help us find the perfect destination, but she made sure we knew, step by step, what we had to do and in what time frame.
She kept us updated on any changes and made sure we had our paperwork ready to go. It could not have been easier!
Oh, and she found us an AMAZING resort ON THE BEACH and sent us a bottle of champagne to our room!
If you want someone who cares for you from the planning stage to when you get home (yep, she followed up) then you need to contact Robin.
We know we will never travel without her again!

40th Anniversary

What a wonderful trip. Everything went smoothly, from transportation at the airport to arriving at our resort. ( Hard Rock Cancun) We were glad we decided to switch resorts the Hard Rock fit our taste perfectly. Thank you Robin for making our 40th anniversary special. We started out not ever using a travel agent but Robin was recommended to us and we could not have been luckier. I'm sure most agents would have gotten frustrated with us because we didn't even know where we wanted to go. Robin asked us questions to help determine our likes and dislikes and where we might be interested in going.AND IT TURNED OUT AMAZING!
We had another couple that wanted to go as well and they asked us for all of our information. They didn't want to use a travel agent and booked on their own. They regretted it. Without Robin's connections at the resorts they didn't get the upgrade she had arranged for us. They were not included in the VIP cocktail hour. They didn't get their transfers included and it took them more than 2 hours longer in a run down vehicle to get to the resort while we had ac, drinks and cool towels!
We will never travel without Robin planning it for us!

Most Dedicated Travel Agent!!!!!

The thing that sets Robin from Klaver Travel apart from any other travel agent is her dedication to her clients. We had 24/7 access and it did not matter that it was a weekend, Robin was always there for us. There is NO online travel booking site that gives that kind of service! Second was the expertise given whether it was suggesting destinations to choose from, resorts to stay at, restaurants to eat in or entertainment Robin knew what to ask (and actually listened) so that she knew exactly what it was we were looking for. We could not have asked for a better experience. We will be using Robin and Klaver Travel for all of our travel needs and we will ALWAYS recommend her to our family & friends.

I asked Robin to plan a honeymoon trip in San Juan for my niece and her husband who had never traveled alone. The trip included an overnight in Fort Lauderdale before and after the flight to San Juan. She planned it to that every detail was perfectly executed and coordinated. The honeymooners were ecstatic about their hotel rooms, transportation to and from the airports, and their tours. During the planning stage and in the weeks leading up to the trip, I had a million questions. Robin was available at all hours of the day and night and was infinitely patient. She made sure that the couple knew how to contact her during the trip. However, the trip was so expertly planned, they did not need to do so. I would happily recommend her!!!

Unbelievably amazing service

Robin came recommended to us by a friend who had taken an Alaskan cruise through Klaver Travel. We were looking to cruise Alaska with our multi-generational family and had so many questions and concerns.Robin was so patient with us and answered everything and even brought up things we hadn't considered but really needed to take into account due to my aging parents.
When my mom became ill prior to the cruise and it was determined that an Alaskan cruise would prove to be too difficult for her Robin took care of everything - cancelling our cruise, hotels, flights etc and getting us a refund for ALL - including our travel insurance. We were so wowed by her service and commitment to US and never once complaining that we booked a Caribbean cruise and added more family! Now everyone in our family knows about and will use Robin!

Amazing Service!

We had planned a trip to the caribbean and weren't sure where exactly to go. We reached out to several travel agents and most seemed like they just wanted a quick sale. When we contacted Robin at Klaver Travel we found someone interested in asking us questions to make sure she put together the best trip for us. Because of our great experience, we told many of our friends and turned it into a group trip. Robin handled all the flights, resort, transfers and excursions for 28 of us. Never charged us a fee to do this and what blew us away was she answered every email even those at 10pm at night very quickly. If you have not used this travel agency you are really missing out. We have already booked a family cruise with her for this spring and can't wait to plan our next group trip!

First Time Using A Travel Agent

My experience was wonderful, Robin is very organized, she responds quickly and she goes above and beyond to find you what you need. I came back a few times with changes and she said no problem and got right on them every time. I met her through a group booking that someone else set up and have subsequently used her services to book multiple trips for myself and family. Highly recommended !
