He is personable and easy with questions. Our room was perfect and that was all down to John. His assistance saved us money and time. Disney is complicated and even with guide books and preplanning we were lucky to have his thoughts. We began a year early and even then there were surprises....need to reserve your preferred theme park day ASAP when the calendar permits. Need for magic bands is a suggestion I would make....different than genie passes etc. The Disney app becomes like a family member at the park and while touchy it is invaluable. Our location had a monorail. We ordered food and groceries from offsite and our hotel brought up a microwave. That was useful for 8 people with young children. Side trip we tried to take to observe elephants was something John checked for us and got us on a waiting list.....would have been too much in retrospect to try to do that. When people gave us advise , as trip planner I liked being able to run things by John.

Planning my Disney World trip with John was so easy! He was always readily available, and responded quickly and thoroughly to all my questions. He had great suggestions and new little details down to how the beds felt to him! He took what I gave him and gave my family an experience of a lifetime!

Purely amazing service and experience. More hotel info would have been nicer but nothing we couldn't handle after all the work he put in.
