Kris is amazing!! We wanted to go on a trip for our 10 year anniversary and Kris had great suggestions and found us a great deal! She was very open about everything being customizable and very willingly changed things to fit our taste/budget. Even after we had our trip booked, Kris was always there to answer our questions and give us suggestions. She researched tons of different things for us! She created a map of the island showing us where all the things were located that we were interested in and created an itinerary for us based off of a list of things I thought we might want to do. I had to book one of the excursions myself, but Kris was so great checking in and helping me make sure I booked it properly. I can't say enough about how great she is! If you're looking to go on a trip, USE KRIS! You won't regret it.

Orlando Universal Get Away!

Kris did a fantastic job taking care of our travel needs. She made some great recommendations which we used for stay in Orlando at Universal Studios and even helped us with shuttles out to Port Canaveral. We ran into a little snag with tickets while at Universal (the system had not yet been updated to reflect our Fast Passes) and Kris helped us live on the phone with the ticket counter. It felt great to have someone help when we needed it and her help reduced our stress so we could enjoy our vacation.

Our trip was pretty last minute but Kristin took the stress out of planning it. She found our hotel in a great location and all our tickets and transportation all within our budget. We had a wonderful trip!

Best travel agent you will find! She is extremely responsive and provided more help than we could have ever asked for. We changed our minds on where we wanted to go, the budget, time frame, and what we wanted to do multiple times and she just immediately got to looking for something new for us. Kris found the perfect place for our family of 19 to stay for our California vacation! It had plenty of space to gather and to have separation when desired. She also took care of the logistics, contacted the owners when there were questions or concerns, and followed up with us to make sure we were happy. Disneyland was part of our vacation and she handled purchasing the tickets and providing the information we needed to have an enjoyable time. We had a great cruise! Kris did an awesome job arranging the trip for our group, despite us being kind of last minute. We had a group of 9, yet in spite of contacting Kris late in the game, she was able to get us all on the same floor. She offered useful advice regarding excursions and check-in tips, and helped resolve an issue with carnival VIFP accounts so that we got our proper status.

Costa Rica Fun
Kristin is AWESOME! Did you know that you don't pay a travel agent and they will take care of everything for you??? I didn't!!! My husband and I wanted to celebrate our 10 year anniversary in Costa Rica. We originally were going to plan the trip through Costco which was advertised as $4000 total for the both of us. Kristin got us a deal for $3000 total, all inclusive resort and everything!
