I help busy families and honeymooners go on their dream vacations and make memories together!
When I first began as a Travel Specialist, I focused solely on my favorite vacation destinations: Walt Disney World, Disney Cruise Line, and Disneyland. In order to best service my clients, I make sure to experience these destinations multiple times per year. I've graduated from the College of Disney Knowledge and have attended multiple onsite Agent Education Programs.
After a while, it became time to start servicing additional destinations at the requests of my clients. I began by adding Universal Studios, resorts in Mexico and the Caribbean, and multiple cruise lines including Royal Caribbean, Norwegian, Princess, and MSC.
I now service destinations all across the world and have booked clients in Tahiti, China, Australia, Israel, and all over Europe.
My goal is always to save you as much time, stress, and money as I possibly can so that you can simply look forward to your vacation!
I also am thrilled to share my personal experiences of traveling both domestically and internationally with a child with autism. Special needs traveling can present an additional challenge for families, and it's a passion of mine to equip and educate others so that traveling as a family is a magical and enjoyable experience for everyone.

We historically have not use a travel partner/agent in the past as we are do-it-ourselves kind of people. We didn't see the value and felt we would pay a premium for low value assistance. Jo Varnum changed our mindsets and is our most trusted partner for our Disney related travel. Disney's prices are all set and published, so the prices re fixed; however, the value comes in her knowledge, tips, and coordination around everything around the trip. We trust her fully and she is awesome. She responds quickly and gives the most accurate information. Everything she has recommended or coordinated has moved forward smoothly, just how she described. We cannot imagine planning any Disney related trip without her.

Jo was amazing every stage of the process. We had never used a travel agent before, but the idea of plan a Disneyland trip on my own was daunting! Jo took all the stress out of the planning process. All I had to do was answer a few questions, choose from the list of places to stay that fit our budget, and pay the bill. Jo was so helpful in giving us information about the parks, tips and tricks, eating recommendations, etc. She got us hooked up with the Disneyland app, photo pass, Maxpass, and Fastpass. My husband was so impressed with my knowledge at the park, but it was all from Jo! She was also available via cellphone anytime I needed when we were on our trip. We had THE BEST trip ever. We made priceless memories our family will cherish. Thanks to Jo we just showed up and had fun!!!

Perfect magical trip to Disney World

We had never been to Disney World, so the thought of planning the trip was very overwhelming. Jo helped to put our minds at ease from the start. We did not make it easy for her because we did our trip over the busiest time time at Disney--over Christmas/New Years. With her magical fairies as my daughters would say (I would say with her hard work even in the very early morning hours), she managed to get every fast pass and dining experience we wanted. My daughters were able to see every princess, including their favorite part of eating dinner on New Year's Day at the Royal Table. We booked our our flights, but she still e-mailed me when the flights opened to be sure I would be able to get tickets. She texted us while we were there just to make sure we did not have any further questions. There is not a single thing I would have changed about our vacation and we have Jo to thank for that. We will be using her to plan our trips to Hawaii and Turks and Calcos in the future.

Best Surprise Trip

I wanted to surprise my wife with a cruise to the Bahamas. Jo was amazing in helping me pick the right line and location. Answered every question/concern that I had. Jo was so pleasant to work with. She provided my husband and I many different destination options as we were planning our honeymoon. She was so easy to work with and I was able to reach her at any time with any questions! I would HIGHLY recommend Jo Varnum to anyone planning a vacation.
