I have been in the travel industry for over 25 years. I worked in corporate travel for several years but finally came to my calling--leisure travel. Having traveled extensively throughout my life I am well prepared to give my clients first-hand information on many destinations.

My experience has been mainly with Europe especially Italy where I have visited most of the major towns.  Additionally, I am well versed with other favorite tourist destinations such as the Caribbean, Canada, Florida, and Alaska. 

My favorite type of travel is cruising. I have taken over 50 cruises in my life-on many different ships and cruise lines including Regent Seven Seas, Silversea, Royal Caribbean, Princess, Cunard, Celebrity, and Crystal.  I am certified as a commodore with Cunard and Princess and a master cruiser with Royal Caribbean.  I am also a Regent Seven Seas Cruises Luxury expert.

If I am not on ship-----Italy is my favorite place in the world. My family is from Italy, and I have been visiting there since I was a child.  I enjoy everything about Italy from the art and architecture to the history, cuisine, culture, and natural beauty.  I am an Italy travel specialist and very much enjoy introducing clients to the wonders of Italia.

I found Victoria Pandolfo to be friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She listens to her client’s wants and needs, and makes every effort to bring them to fruition while making suggestions to enhance the client’s trip. Vicki always returns calls and responds to emails quickly. She is also a great communicator with regard to composing a detailed itinerary. Everything is spelled out in black and white for her client. Our fabulous trip was made better because of her help.

Wonderful Travel Advisor who is so helpful she saved the day many many times! Recently, we were told one thing by one Scenic Rep and Victoria was told something different by another. To straighten everything out, Vicki contacted a Vice President who gave us correct information and the VP sent me an email verifying this so that there would be no problems when we would do our final or when we arrived for the Land Tour.
