Prior to going to Cancun with 4 Simplicity Sake's travel group, New Stamps Travel Group, I had worked with Dawna on two other trips. She continues to amaze me. Our 25th wedding anniversary celebration/first family vacation we've had in 6 years was so much fun! It was such a pleasure working with Dawna Jones. Dawna literally bent over backwards to assist us in planning our trip to Aruba. Working with 5 people who want totally different things is a hassle but Dawna never made us feel like we were asking for too much or that we were being difficult. She priced, repriced, and compared multiple hotels and did as much as she could to help us save money. When I had an incident that caused last minute changes to my trip, Dawna was available by phone and called up the hotel and airport transfer company to make changes to accommodate my new needs. This trip was phenomenal because she planned it and I literally felt so at ease working with her. I was against using travel agents previously because of the enormous fees, the hassle of waiting for them to get back to you and just the annoying hassle. Dawna changed my view on all of that. She offered a flexible payment plan option, included a thorough detailed report about or booking and saved us much more many than if I booked alone. She was phenomenal and I will be contacting her about my next trip!

Dawn handled accommodations for our group of 7 to visit Costa Rica. Our hotel was situated in a great area. It was, in my opinion, exactly what I foresaw for the trip. Great beach. All inclusive. She gave us a list of activities and contact info for the companies but we chose to handle it on our own. Check-In seemed to go smoothly once the hotel realized we didn't have to give them any further documentation. Our rooms received a nice upgrade as well as welcome baskets full of fruit. Overall, amazing trip with great people. No stress at all. Highly recommended.
