Jennifer did everything above and beyond what we expected. We used her for our first family trip to Disney and we were able to do everything we wanted and eat everywhere we wanted. She was on the phone and computer for hours making sure we got reservations, flights, a car, everything. We got so much good advice, saved money, and had a great time! One day, we even had surpise cupcakes and a Mickey Mouse cereal treat in our room from her. We didn't hesitate to ask her for help for our trip to Universal Studios a few years later. Jennifer was awesome! We had some major issues with our flights & Jennifer magically rearranged our whole trip so that we could get everything in that we wanted still. Jennifer listened to our requests for an all inclusive for a friends 40th birthday trip. She found a resort that checked all of the boxes .... adults only, beautiful beaches, great food, activities and not too far from the airport. She really picked the perfect spot! Jen is my mom, so of course I have some bias, but she made things super easy for Ethan and I while planning the trip we went on to celebrate our milestone anniversary & recent engagement. When I wasn't sure where exactly we wanted to go, she had a recommendation and sent us several options that fit within the specific details we wanted and helped us make a decision.The best part was that after we had booked our trip, she found out that the prices had been reduced as part of a promotional deal, and she made a point of getting us that same deal so that we could save money on our trip. When my fiance and I decided on a destination wedding, we were a bit overwhelmed with deciding a location, booking wedding planners, and travel. Jen, with her expertise helped us in all of these areas. She gave us many options and helped us narrow down our choices on a location, did the research and finding good wedding planners, and booked our resort, flights and car rental. We didn't think getting married in Hawaii was within our budget, but Jen gave us some very affordable options. Our wedding was exactly what we wanted it to be: intimate, on the beach, and beautiful scenery. We could not have pulled off everything as effortlessly ourselves. My wife and I are huge Disney fans - especially when it comes to the food!In the past Jennifer has been a big help with our trips to Disney World - dining reservations (not only making them but making recommendations too), Fast Pass (remember that?), and everything else when it comes to planning a trip to Disney World.
For my wife's 50th birthday, we wanted to do something special - and different. So we decided to go to Disneyland.
Just like before, Jen was a huge help with dining reservations. We didn't have to check and recheck dining to try to get the place and time we wanted, because Jen took care of that! As Disney foodies, that was really important to us.
However, this time my wife and I needed a little bit more "hand holding". Not only with negotiating the subtle differences between Disney World and Disneyland, but ESPECIALLY with Genie Plus. Jen was awesome and we really appreciated her help!
We can't wait to schedule our next Disney trip with her!

Jen is an excellent TA! We traveled to Disney World & Universal Studios in FL and Jen's knowledge and experience with both locations was invaluable to the complete success of our trip! We gave Jen an outline of where we would like to stay, what we wanted to do and where we would like meal reservations and she did all the work! Her experience with the parks' reservation systems resulted in us staying at great on-site resorts, securing highly sought after meal reservations, Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique appointments, securing excellent ticket packages for Disney & Universal and sharing great advice on how best to use Magic Bands, Genie+ and Park Hopper. Jen arranged private transport for us from the airport to both parks, arranged for stroller rental, advised us to use an excellent grocery delivery service and even made last minute meal reservation changes while we were on-site. Simply amazing. From start to finish Jennifer made the process simple and her recommendations were spot on. I travel extensively around the world but I was intimidate by booking a Disney trip. She took care of it from soup to nuts. I told here our likes, dislikes and any other preference and let her run with it. It was an amazing 11 day trip at the Polynesian. All of here food suggestions, Genie+ suggestions were perfect. There is NO WAY I could have come close to what she did for us. I would not hesitate to use Jen again for a family vacation.

Just the best! Not only did I change my vacation with Jen several times (always second guessing), but she also recommended a different resort than the one we booked that she said was “much nicer” and boy she wasn’t kidding. Jen was always helpful, and easy to reach (texted her on the drive down for to ask about extending our stay, and she made a few calls and answered our questions within 30 min!) As long as she is still travel agenting, we will ALWAYS use Jen for our Disney World vacation planning. 10 stars recommend.

Jen was very easy to work with. While we're not high maintenance planners, with kids sometimes you need to make some updates. Jen was quick to make them and confirm back.
