As a servant-leader, I define my responsibilities as setting long term strategy for growth, creating the energy to engage the team to support, marshalling the resources necessary and then getting downfield to block, tackle and remove barriers so the team can advance!

Family is so important to me and I consider our colleagues to be extended members of our small nuclear family.

After spending 7 years as a Naval Officer honing my leadership skills and 20+ years in big global businesses managing large and complex operations refining my management skills I have truly found my home working in this wonderful industry with the most talented team in the segment!
