Frank at Pinnacle Trips was extremely helpful in planning trip to Europe. I was able to give him a few general ideas and he quickly provided some options in my price range. My daughter and I booked our Greece/Croatia Norwegian Cruise Line cruise through Pinnacle Trips. Frank did a fantastic job arranging our requested stateroom, transfers, activities, and post cruise hotel in Venice.

Frank booked my husband and me on a 11 day Princess Cruisetour to Alaska. The trip was perfect from the start to the very end! In additional to booking us an amazing stateroom aboard the Star Princess, Frank suggested optional excursions that were fantastic! We will definitely book another cruise with Frank!

Frank from Pinnacle helped us plan a great all inclusive vacation in Punta Cana. He presented us with options and suggestions based on our wish list. Frank has been a great help with monitoring airline and airport troubles thru Hurricane Irma. He was there to follow up and answer all of our questions. It made our trip that much more enjoyable knowing that we can relay on his assistance.

Our wonderful trip to Greece

Frank was great. He provided excellent customer service. We told him what we were looking for, and he provided us with a few options for our trip to Greece and the Greek islands. He made sure that we were completely satisfied with all the details (flights, hotels, excursions, transfers, travel insurance, etc.). He answered all our questions and was very informative. He set us with a tour package with Trafalgar. This tour company was just great. They took care of everything. The travel director and local specialists for the excursions were amazing. They made sure we enjoyed the experience. We had such a great time there, and lots of fun.

Punta Cana Dream Trip

Frank planned everything for me from the flights to the transportation to the hotel. Once I arrived, the Imperial level I had was beyond my wildest dreams. The ocean room, the entertainment and the outrageous setting of this all inclusive resort. I traveled alone and Frank knew I was traveling alone. It was a seamless, well thought out and planned vacation. Never will I plan a trip without Frank!

Awesome Planning for Our Tauck River Cruise
We were happy to have Frank and Pinnacle Trips book our recent river cruise with Tauck Tours. Frank listened to what we were looking for and narrowed our options down to 3 cruise lines, and had rooms held for us until we made our decision. And then a few days after booking our cruise, he was able to get another room for my brother and sister in law! He also booked flights at a great price. Thank You Frank!
