Our experience working with Ms. Baker was awesome. Sheryl helped book our first ever trip over to Europe for a cruise with the flights, hotels, and transportation. Sheryl kept in constant communication along the way and we very much appreciated the job that Sheryl did to help us experience Italy and Greece.

This was my first time using a travel agent and it made things so much easier.

1. Sheryl got us a better group rate at a hotel I had already spoke with on group discounts. She also gave great recommendations on hotels that met our requirements that I had never heard of. She travels a lot and checks in with her clients after their trips. So her recommendations are good.

2. We had a group of 40 with all different needs and she saved us so much time coordinating with them and hotel. It was also great having her as a point person for transportation and any issues that could have happened.

3. She was incredible at printing out all our information and gave us thoughtful gifts that were helpful for our stay. Our guests were so impressed by the event and stay that they are planning their own anniversaries with Sheryl.

Overall our experience was excellent and we will use her again for making our trips easier.

Sheryl booked a trip for us to Peru and it was beyond amazing! I'm the type of person who likes to see and do a lot while on a trip and Sheryl had us all over the country of Peru with fantastic tours and activities planned the entire way. She coordinated planes, trains, buses, and private automobiles and set us up in some of the most fabulous hotels I've ever seen. It was a bucket list trip for sure and something that I could have never planned or coordinated on my own. Any time we had a question, she was right there via text or phone, and even set us up with an app that had all of our travel information, documentation, etc. She could not have made our lives any easier and came in at a much lower price than I expected. We've never had a travel agent do more for us than we could do ourselves. To my surprise, Sheryl answered the phone and went to work for us right away. I'd be remiss if I didn't mention a couple of things that could have been better -- (1) Beware of the fees in the fine print that aren't included in your package price -- there was a mandatory hotel-imposed fee of $216.96 per room charged upon check in that we were unaware of until after booking the 2 rooms and (2) in addition to the one-time charge per room, we were placed at the end of the hallway in 2 super tiny hotel rooms. Sheryl was up front that she'd never been to this property and she did offer to try to get our rooms switched. I still give Sheryl five stars because she deserves it! She has such a wonderful personality, she answers her phone (who does that anymore?), she is easy to do business with, and I know the more we work together, she'll learn our style and we'll create many more memories with her expert assistance.

Sheryl is absolutely the best person to not only help you choose your ideal vacation spot but she is on top of all the details! We were one of many who had to cancel our trip last minute due to Covid and she worked tirelessly to get us vouchers to enjoy a future stay and airfare. Not only did she do this less than 24 hours before we were supposed to leave but she just emailed me that she has already contacted the airline to request an extension on our vouchers because they were about to expire. That is SERVICE and impeccable follow up! If it wasn't for her we would have potentially lost thousands of dollars, hours of our life fighting with companies and had way more stress. Sheryl did a fabulous job planning our Italy "bucket list" trip. We began our trip in Venice and she booked us a beautiful place right in the center of town. We were so close to everything! Then we took the train to Florence and stayed at a beautiful hotel on the Arno River. Again we were close to everything and were able to walk to all the amazing sights. After our stay we took a train to Cinque Terre, wow what a place. Our hotel there also had a balcony and was in the "Old City" of Monterosso. I loved this area so much, I didn't want to leave. After our stay in Cinque Terre, we took the train to Rome for our last stay. This hotel was in a beautiful monastery. We saw the most amazing sights and had more incredible meals in Trastevere area of Rome. Sheryl not only booked our flights, hotels, and tours but also our train tickets and transfers. To share my story… Canada recently opened their border to residents of the USA after closing it March 2020.
