I am the owner of Just Add Magic Travel®, voted Best Travel Agency by the Southland Your Times Newspaper, serving the Southwest Suburbs of Chicago. Just Add Magic Travel® is a travel agency specializing in Disney Destinations, Universal Orlando Resort, and Sandals and Beaches All Luxury Included Resorts. I also work with preferred All Inclusive Resorts in the Caribbean and Mexico as well as select Cruise Lines. I have planned over a thousand vacations, getaways, and corporate travel for happy clients.
As a mother to four kids, some of whom have special needs, I find that Disney destinations are their go-to's for most family vacations. I have an innate understanding of how to accommodate all families' unique needs, as vacations are seldom a one-size-fits-all experience.

Aileen was so helpful in a planning my short weekend. I should also mention it was literally 2 weeks before the date! Aileen was also helpful in dealing with the hotel because of the snowstorm that cancelled my flight!

Multigenerational Family Christmas Disney Trip

Aileen was essential to planning our Disney trip. Between trying to navigate Disney and Universal at Christmas time, she was always there with wonderful tips and tricks as to how to best plan our trip. Considering our trip was 12 people strong, it was a lot of things to take care of. I wouldn’t do a big trip to Disney without her.

Aileen at Just Add Magic Travel is an absolute gem to work with. I'm working on booking my third trip with her thanks, in part, to her attention to detail, and her encyclopedic knowledge of Disney World. Aileen has been able to recommend the perfect hotel for each of our trips (family vs. mother/daughter), saved us time (alerting us to the new Skyliner transportation option), and money (hello Disney Dining Plan!) She has tips and tricks for every occasion and is warm and personable on top of everything else I mentioned. Her near 24/7 availability rounds out incredible service that I'm pleased to highly recommend.

Aileen took care of EVERYTHING! Even things we didn't know we needed like stroller rental and travel insurance (that we actually needed and were so glad it was there when the weather delayed our trip home!) She took care of all our fast passes and dining reservations. She made our trip incredible!

Aileen makes planning a breeze! We’ve used her expertise our last two trips to Disneyworld and are now planning our 3rd trip! There is so much that goes into a Disney trip; hotel, dining, fast passes, Ect. and can be sooooo overwhelming, however, Aileen is very thorough in her planning so you can have a great trip each and every time!!
