Christy was very available for any questions/concerns and was willing to help as much or as little as I wanted. She is so knowledgeable!! I could easily tell this was her passion and not just a job for Christy. Unlike other travel agents I have used, I can tell Christy really cares about her customer’s experience and not just her bottom line. When extra discounts were available that help lower a customer’s price and also lowering Christy’s commission, she still went out of her way to apply these without the customer even asking. Christy takes away the stress of planning a vacation!

Stress free planning

Christy has been great to work with as we planned our first trip to Disney. She took the time to speak with me via phone and to work up a quote for us. She answered all the questions I had prior to booking. Once we booked she sent an email outlining all of our next steps, a timeline for making dining reservations, Fast Pass, etc. She helped us plan the trip itinerary and had helpful dining recommendations— and she had our dining and Bibbidi Bobbidi reservations made before I had even gotten out of the shower! I was super stressed out about the thought of planning this trip and Christy has made it a breeze! I cannot say enough how thrilled I am with her service!

Wonderful! Christy is so knowledgeable. I was a Disney world newbie, full of questions, and she was a pro full of great tips and suggestions and answers. We truly wouldn’t have had the fabulous trip we did without her. Everything from which fastpasses and dinners to do with our kids and their specific ages and interests, to which hotel we would most enjoy. Thank goodness we used an agent for our Disney travel! Thank goodness that agent was Christy!! From day one, Christy was honest, communicative, and offered great tips based on us and what we thought was important to us. We had a couple hiccups along the way with Disney technology and Christy was able to handle them. Trying to navigate that on our own was not helpful. Letting Christy take care of it meant it got done, and got done quickly.
One of the most important things I can share highlights Christy's integrity. A few days before departure we had a call to discuss some potential addons. These addons would have increased her commission and been finically beneficial to her, but Christy made recommendations that meant less money for her and us.
That kind of integrity is not easy to find.

I have traveled all over for both business and personal reasons in the last 30 plus years and travel planning is hard. I have dealt with travel agencies and booked my own. We have used Christy twice now and will not book a family vacation without her. She is very organized and planned our trip covering every little detail. She has made changes for us right before and during the trip when others would just say “you should have thought of that earlier.” Not Christy, she not only assists with your requests but with a smile and promptness that put her well above the rest in the travel industry. Anyone can book travel but very few can book a great family experience and take the hassle out of travel so you can enjoy your vacation. It’s all about the details and service level and you will not find anyone that tops Christy!

Christy planned a trip to Disney and Universal for my family group of 8. There were challenges along the way due to the impacts of the pandemic, but in the end, it was truly a fabulous trip! This is our second time working with Christy. I was always of the mind that I wanted to be in full control of my vacation. Boy was I wrong. Christy does all of the work. She gets a good understanding of our wants and needs, provides us multiple options for below, at, and above budget. She continues to monitor prices, and quickly answers all of the random questions to pop up from time to time. We were leaving Florida right before Hurricane Ian, and she made sure to reach out to make sure we were ok.
We are going to have her help us with our trip to Hawaii next !!!!

Magical Disney Trip 2021

Christy helped us plan our 2021 trip to Disney and provided invaluable tips and assistance, especially with all of the COVID changes. She navigated our cancelled 2020 trip and seamlessly moved our trip to a later date. Our family was totally prepared for everything, even down to small details like making sure to bring extra masks with us to the parks (helped a lot)! We knew how to order food using the mobile app, and because we were so prepared, we never had to wait for food or a table. This is our second time working with Christy, and once again, we could not have been happier. She is planning yet another trip for us in 2022, and we are so grateful. She is just the best!

She was amazing and accommodating! Made sure we got all the reservations we wanted! We were a party of 7 so us being able to sit together at every meal was perfect! We got adjoining rooms which was necessary with four kids. Building lightsabers was perfect and all my kids enjoyed their trip! Her tips and tricks were necessary for making sure we got everything done! I highly recommend

Covid Escape 2021

We are well-seasoned WDW vacationers, but we wanted a travel agent on our side with a vacation during Covid. Christy took care of everything and found discounts for us twice. She also recommended the Park Hopper Plus for us, which ended up being a perfect fit for this particular trip. I absolutely loved having Christy's help - it was pretty cool to not have to worry about watching for and applying new discounts. She was quick to help us add a night to our stay and answered quite a few questions along the way. I loved her tips and recommendations as well!

Our 1st Disney Trip

Our family just returned home from a 5 night stay at Walt Disney World. The help that Christy offered was so incredibly valuable. She took care of every detail prior to our trip. Booking reservations, giving recommendations and answering my hundreds of questions. Due to all of her hard work our trip was magical. We were able to just enjoy because the details were already taken care of. Because of her amazing assistance with WDW we just booked our first Disney cruise for next year. In true Christy fashion she’s already added extra touches, like remembering my sons bday when even I didn’t. We will always use Christy when booking our travel.
