We had a great experience working with Jennifer for our trip to Mexico to celebrate a birthday with friends. We could not pin point a destination and she helped us make that decision based on what we wanted to do on our trip. She used her knowledge to help us choose the perfect destination and we loved it! She provided all of the pre and post information we needed for leaving and returning to the country. She provided a list of recommended restaurants and sites to see at our destination and that was a real help since we wanted to maximize the time we had. It was a fantastic trip and she helped make that possible.

Jennifer made this trip so easy for us. Any questions that I had she responded quickly , (even when she was away in another country ) Traveling at this time can be stressful because of Covid and new regulations but Jennifer gave clear and precise instructions on everything that we needed to do ahead of time and exactly what to expect . It made the whole experience completely stress free and everything went so smoothly. Not to mention she booked us an amazing resort that we will definitely visit again .! I was looking at so many resorts and felt completely overwhelmed with all the options and no idea what any of them were like. One email to Jennifer and less than 24 hours later I had several options to choose from , all we had to do was pick one and literally everything else was done for us . First time that we’ve used a travel advisor and I will definitely do so again!

Jennifer went above any expectation we had due to the short window of time we provided her for planning. The hotel selected was ideal with the greatest personal service and location we could have imagined. Her agenda in the app provided to us was easy to keep up with and allowed us to plan for the next day without having to keep up with papers, tickets, and brochures. All events were exactly what we had asked for with the perfect timing to avoid long lines and to allow us to keep pace with the agenda without being too tired during the trip. The tickets to events were for the best seats and times which were provided gave us a truly VIP experience. All guides were committed to our understanding and deeply passionate about the subject or area they were covering.

Jennifer took all of the guess work and stress out of our trip! This was my first time trying to plan an out-of-country vacation and I had a lot of questions and concerns. Easiest travel booking experience ever

This was my first vacation working with an agent and Jennifer was amazing! I'm a seasoned traveller and usually book everything myself. What I enjoyed about having an agent on my side was that I did NOT have to spend HOURS figuring out where to go, what to do, comparison shopping, etc etc etc. And the app she provided with all of my travel documentaries and itineraries was surprisingly valuable - so I didn't have to search my email 100 times for every single document. I have always been concerned that using an agent would increase the cost of everything and I found that it does not! Not only were the prices better or comparable to what I could find on my own, the time saved on my end was super valuable. I also had Jennifer reserve a rent car for us and she found exaclty what we needed at the right price with no hassel or scams(I've been ripped off on transportation in foreign countries countless times). Highly recommend Jennifer and will be using her services in the future.

Jennifer was amazing to work with! She handled every aspect of our trip planning as well as replanning because of resort closures due to COVID19. Jennifer Roy is a vacation expert! She makes you feel comfortable from the start. It was so easy working with Jennifer. I planned a trip for my 30th birthday, but then a pandemic hit and I was so nervous about traveling, and losing our vacation period. She took care of EVERYTHING! I would have been a mess trying to reschedule everything and keep on top of all of the new regulations. She always responded right away to any questions or concerns I had and sent very helpful information about things I didn't even think to ask about.
