Shannon was the best. I was planning a big family vacation for 10 people coming from 4 different locations which was a logistical nightmare, that I never could have pulled off without her. We also had an emergency that almost ended the trip for one of our party before it had really begun, but she helped to save the day. On the shuttle from parking to the airport someone accidently picked up My 70yo father's carry on bag instead of their own. All of his essential medications were in that bag and we were not able to locate it prior to our flights. Shannon called around and found a local pharmacy that was able to provide a 10 day supply of all of his meds, which was no small feat considering we were in another country. She also recommended the BEST tours to compliment our trip. Will absolutely use her for my next trip.
