We were so excited about our scheduled kid free trip to St Lucia, but unfortunately CVS messed up our covid tests and as of the day before we were scheduled to leave our test results were still not back. Due to the strict requirements to enter the country we couldn't change our dates or the test results wouldn't have been within the required timeframe. We had to make the difficult decision to cancel our trip but Ashley worked overtime to have us booked for a fantastic vacation to all inclusive Secrets Cap Cana in the Dominican Republic and we were on a flight at 6am the next morning. Our suite was incredible with a walk out pool and view of the beach. I don't know how she did it but there's no way I could have been able to do that without her. She saved our vacation and my birthday and turned what could have been a disaster into an amazing week of memories. Thanks Ashley!

How Does She Do It?

Ashley was amazing with helping me plan a week long trip to Disney with my husband and my almost 2 year old daughter. She didn't even tell me that I was crazy to even think about taking a toddler to Disney in May heat! What really blew my mind is that this girl has eyes and ears everywhere because during my stay there was a small kitchen fire that started in our hotel and some of the floor levels had to be evacuated. I got a text from her asking if we were okay while it was happening! I was looking over my shoulder to see if she was behind me but she's just constantly plugged into what's happening. If you want a travel agent that you feel like is with you every step of the way and makes sure your trip is going great, then book with Ashley!

We've done several trips with Ashley and it's an absolute game changer to have her handle all the details! This year we had an amazing vacation to Sandals Grande St Lucian but it was a trip that was actually supposed to take place last year. Due to an unfortunate disaster with missing covid tests in August 2021 we were faced with the decision of having to cancel our trip the night before so that our trip insurance would cover it. Ashley worked overtime to get us rebooked to a new resort in a country that didn't require covid tests for entry, booked us a stunning water front swim out suite at Secrets Cap Cana, and we were on a flight the next morning at 6am for the same dates we were originally planning on being gone for. She worked a miracle and saved our vacation! We will always use Ashley!
