Hands down the best travel agent out there. We have been using Kariann for years. She is the most knowledgeable and thorough agent we have ever worked with. Kariann has now planned 3 Disney trips for me. The first trip will always be the most memorable - my parents decided to come A WEEK before we were leaving! Kariann is pehenomenal! I have a worked with her many times in the past for multiple trips. She never disappoints. This trip was to Chicago for a birthday celebration. Every email that was sent prior to the trip she responds to quickly and took care of every little detail, which she always does. We never had to stress about anything. This trip was for my mom’s 70th bday and Kariann surprised her by sending balloons and edible arrangements to the hotel. My mom loved it! From the first time she planned a trip for me, she always tailors my trips to our needs, likes, wants, personalities, and budgets. She knows exactly what we like. In the past, I have had hotel issues. She was in contact with me, working on her end (even though it had nothing to do with her) to rectify the problem with the hotel management.
