Always a pleasure to work with Bobbi! Her passion for what she does, is showed through her mutual excitement in planning trips. Not to mention, her dedication is proven by all of her shared training and certificates it seems she’s ALWAYS staying on top of. I appreciate the heck out of Bobbi, not just because she will be the one, on hold, sometimes on an hour call with customer service. Bobbi took care of virtually everything! The only thing we had to do was pack! Bobbi made sure we had transportation lined up and texted us upon our arrivals!

Bobbi helped me plan my 40th birthday party in the DR. She was awesome at helping me and all my guests with their plans. During a time when entry and exit requirements are constantly changing she was on top of it all.

Bobbi was extremely knowledgeable about Disney. To me, it’s overwhelming to book Disney, that’s what Bobbi is for, have her book your Disney Trip, she has the ends and outs on all of it! She planned things for us I never would have thought have I done it myself. She’s awesome

Bobbi handle everything from start to finish. All we did was let her know what we were interested in, and she did the rest. She identified high quality resorts based on our travel dates and budget with her ratings based on prior customer feedback & her own knowledge from actually visiting these resorts (not online reviews). Periodic reminders of anything that was due or upcoming, and a final check-in the week before our travel to see if there were any questions or items that needed addressed. She also made herself available during our trip in case anything came up out of the ordinary.All travel agents promise these things, Bobbi delivered!

Bobbi offers a lot of insight to traveling. She is experienced with several locations and answers your questions. If she doesn't know the answer she will find out the answer and provide it. Amazing honeymoon cruise!

Bobbi was amazing in navigating all of our issues with booking and rebooking our Covid-canceled honeymoon cruise. Every time Royal Caribbean threw us a curveball, Bobbi was right on it and made sure that everything was taken care of. We ended up having an amazing trip and it was so much less stressful for me knowing that Bobbi was taking care of all the details. She was a life saver!
