My experience working with Lisa Morris was one I will never forget. Not only was it easy and professional, but it left a great impression on me and my fiancé. From the beginning Lisa was attentive, informative and helpful. I ask a lot of questions and she never made me feel like I was being a problem. She booked everything and even set up activities for us to do. There was nothing I had to do besides give her the dates and pay! She helped me with our travel authorizations and even told me where to take my first Covid test. She had someone meeting us off of the airplane with happy birthday signs and everything! Lisa provided us with assistance at the airport in Jamaica with clearing customs and provided transportation to and from the airport. When I tell you, this woman was amazing, that is an understatement. I am somewhat lazy and spoiled and Lisa took care of everything for me! I will be booking all future travel with her and I thank her again for the best vacation I have ever had.

The flights ,the resorts ect… our transportation going to and from the resort,We did not have to lift a finger . My travel agent Lisa Morris planned an amazing trip for my birthday to Negril Jamaica. She planned everything out perfectly. When I arrived at the airport, I was greeted with the VIP concierge lounge service, a first time experience and loved it. The hotel Travellers Beach Resort in Negril was very quaint and personal. The rooms are very spacious, cozy and clean and the staff was very friendly. I really enjoyed my birthday dinner setup, the food was delicious and the entertainment was great. Trip also included tours and transportation which were taken care of, so it was very nice knowing we did not have to concern ourselves, just to sit back, relax and enjoy the island. The island, ocean and waterfalls were just beautiful. I had a short trip due to work schedule, but LM Travel made sure I enjoyed every bit of the time I had. I would definitely use this agent again for future travels.
