I am the founder of Boss Events & Travel LLC, and my journey into the world of event planning and travel emerged from an insatiable wanderlust and my deep-seated passion for orchestrating every intricate detail of conferences, retreats, and gatherings—whether they're for myself or my clients—set against the backdrop of the breathtaking destinations that our beautiful world has to offer.

While I could have easily delegated the travel logistics to others, I soon realized that outsourcing often fell short of providing the VIP care and attention that I believe my groups deserve. It became a common occurrence for me to step in, directing individuals to flight deals, arranging excursions, and ensuring that every aspect, from hotels to rental cars and airport transfers, was meticulously managed.

Throughout my explorations, I developed a particular affinity for luxury resorts and spas, fostering a profound love for Central America, South America, and the Caribbean. Simultaneously, I became captivated by the allure of the Pacific islands and the enchanting destinations of Asia. As I traversed the globe, unintentionally assuming the role of a travel advisor, I found immense joy in sharing recommendations for destinations, resorts, and memorable tours and tastings.

It was only natural, given my genuine enthusiasm and accumulated expertise, that Boss Events & Travel would come into existence—a venture that seamlessly blends my love for meticulous event planning with the joy of exploring the world and sharing those experiences with others.
