I saw Snelgrove Travel information on KSL Classified. When I called in, I was routed to Diana. She was terrific to work with. We were dealing with five different individuals’ schedules. We had to change our trip from Puerta Vallarta to Cabo to Cancun for various reasons. Diana was very professional, pleasant, and extremely patient. She also gave us tips on traveling.
