Zero Stress Vacation

My mom has been wanting to gift my dad a vacation for years, but she had no idea where to start, so I found Heather. I needed a professional to do the dirty work to keep it as simple & easy as possible. When she responded to me in less than 5 minutes I knew I was in good hands. My mom didn’t know exactly what she wanted. Heather found several different options for us and got back to us with quotes immediately. Even when my mom changed her mind and ended up wanting to go to a different location all together, or make changes to the dates, Heather accommodated us with the utmost professionalism and patience. I cannot stress enough how easy the entire process was thanks to Heather. Heather is wonderful. I was planning a trip pre-covid and my husband had tons of questions. She went out of her way to do a call with both of us. Then when covid hit. I had followed Heather on Facebook for almost a year before finally reaching out to her to book us a Disney Cruise vacation. I am so glad I did! I am a procrastinator and literally decided I wanted to do a Cruise over Christmas vacation.. We only had a little over 3 weeks to make this happen. From the start of the process, Heather was on it! She literally emailed me back and had my quote ready in like 15 minutes, and we booked the trip within 30 minutes. From there, I had several questions come up about the cruise itself, the Disney navigator app, excursions and onboard entertainment, I must have emailed her 15 times with questions, her response time was immediate and she answered all my questions and gave me advice. Heather was very patient with me when I originally requested my quote. I was all over the place, I had people unsure of going and unsure of the exact budget but no matter what I requested Heather was able to deliver without any frustration. It was my first time using a travel agent so I wasn’t sure what to expect but after this trip, I will always use Heather! The convenience of having transportation readily available upon landing and departure from vacation was extremely helpful and less stressful. I had people already waiting for me to set up my excursions. This trip was definitely my most at ease stress free vacations! From swimming with the turtles in Akumal to the activities in Xcaret and the night swimming in our resort it was non stop fun for the family! Highly recommend using Heather!

Heather Gowan you are AMAZING. Our trip to Puerta Vallarta was something dreams are made of. You left nothing out! We didnt have to think about anything except which pool or resturant to eat in. Thanks for the information package beforehand it helped alot knowing what to bring and that some resturants required a more formal dress. I will be using you again and again. Heather is the best, I'm already think about what trip I can plan with Heather next. Every step of the way Heather was great when Covid put a wrench in our plans Heather was no pressure and totally understanding with delaying our trip until we were ready. Every time I wanted to change something like adding extra days and stuff Heather was great. And when people were freaking out over having issue with Boo Bash ticket I was cool calm and collected cause Heather got the job done!

Working with Heather's Magical Moments Vacations was great for planning a trip to Cancun with a friend. We were both able to make separate, easy payments, which was great because we didn't have to pay it all up front or worry about Venmoing/paying each other back. We also didn't have to worry about visiting numerous sites or figuring out all the details. Our travel (airfare, shuttle) was all pre-arranged and included, and our resort incredible! We had an amazing all-inclusive experience from booking the trip with Heather to the trip itself.
