Hi, my name is Dana and I am currently a Colorado based travel agent. I am also a proud military spouse with 2 sweet little kids. We are a Disney family through and through and we love to travel. My love for all things Disney started when I was very young but Disney has always been an extra special place for us since it is where I met my husband. We chose to honeymoon in Walt Disney World and have since brought our children back for countless visits.
As a military spouse, I am no stranger to moving and quickly learning about new places and organizing trips. I have lived and traveled all over the United States, including Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Washington D.C., Virginia, West Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, Colorado, California, Nevada, Wyoming, Kentucky, and Tennessee. I also lived in Europe for 3 years, during which I traveled through Spain, France, Italy, Germany, Netherlands, Croatia, England, Ireland, Belgium, Switzerland, Austria, Luxembourg, Czech Republic, and Fiji.
While we lived overseas, I spent every week planning trips for my family and friends. When we returned stateside, I wanted to continue helping others’ vacation dreams become a reality, so I joined Magical Moments Vacations. I enjoy sharing my passion to travel with others and using my experiences and training to add that “extra pixie dust” to my clients’ vacations. My personal travel experience is essential in providing my clients with guidance and assistance in planning the ultimate vacation.
I specialize in Disney Destinations, Universal Studios Resorts, Cruises, Sandals & Beaches, All-Inclusive Resorts, and European Destinations. I will gather quotes, monitor your vacation for special offers and promotions, and create personalized itineraries and much more. For my Disney clients, I will also make your dining reservations and advise on FastPass+ selections and daily theme park planning. I can be as hands on or hands off of the details as you want. I have never been to Disney before and when I did some preliminary searches and found out I needed tickets AND reservations, and there's 3 different ways to get on rides... I knew I needed help. A friend referred me to Dana and she was the perfect agent! She helped us understand all of the resort/room options and got us booked at a resort that ended up being perfect for us, then she spent additional time answering tons of questions about how to actually enjoy our time there. She provided very thorough guides that had tons of tips and tricks that came in super handy for packing and during our stay. I can't imagine having done this without her, and I know our trip was made even more magical because of her help in planning it. I hiiiiighly recommend her as an agent and would absolutely use her services again! It's very clear how she got to the level she is! She knows her stuff. Thanks so much!!

Best Family Trip

I personally haven't traveled far from my home in years and was hesitant to do so. Dana eased my mind and was available for questions day or night and anytime in between. We had multiple conference calls with her, resulting in many lessons in time management for our trip. Her knowledge of Disney and Universal was well beyond ours. The trip was cancelled twice (6/20 and 12/21) due to Covid, so she had to plan our trip 3 different times. Each time changed when a party of 2 could come or not and had to cancel one guest for the final trip. She went above and beyond giving us many options for our hotels and park stays. It really was a seamlessly planned trip that had no problems. Every detail was thought of before we left and was handled by Dana. I couldn't have asked for anything more of her when she took care of us well above our expectations. Thank you Dana! We really had a great trip and I am grateful.

To summarize this in less than 1000 characters:Asked about Veteran’s discounts. Told none available by agent. Researched ourselves, found NCL does have a Military Appreciation Program. Couldn’t use it since we had already made reservations.
Wanted to book flights on our own for non-stop trip. Agent talked us into going with NCL. Booked with connecting flights. Agents’ response, "NCL places you where they want to and you cannot make any changes. It is the big caveat with booking through NCL instead of on your own". Had we known we would have booked on our own. Called NCL they offer a $50 package for non-stop flights, but couldn’t change since we were already booked.
Agent informed us that "there is no limit on drink prices. All drinks on the ship are included in the Free at Sea Promo." Only the cheap liquor was available for free and the good stuff cost extra.
One plus, agent was able to correct a booking issue that did not have us with the same tour gro

My family and I just got back from our wonderful trip to Disney World! It was phenomenal! I believe a big part of our trip going so smooth, fun and magical was that we received help when planning it.
