Family Vacation for 25- And None of the Stress!

We had been talking about a 25 person family vacation for quite some time. When it came time to finally plan the vacation I contacted Kelly to see what she could find. Not only did she listen to everything that we were looking for and find us several options to choose from, she gave advice and made suggestions on things we hadn’t even thought of. Kelly was exceptionally helpful with everyone from the people that needed a lot of help and handholding to those that wanted to do some things on their own and some with the rest of the group in the agency. Cali truly customized everyone’s trip and gave every single person that went an experience that was absolutely more than they had ever imagined. We were able to relax and enjoy ourselves because we knew everything was taken care of. We plan to use Kelly quite a bit more going forward, and anytime we are planning something like this she will definitely be our first call!

“Kelly was absolutely amazing in helping us with our horrible airline experience. She went above and beyond when it came to planning our trip. My husband and I would highly recommend her for anyone's travel needs. The cruise was the best part of course. But she helped us with so much more. From getting the hotel for the night before. Where she definitely went above and beyond is our flight got canceled and they were trying to put us on another flight for the next day. We would have missed our cruise. She got us a different flight to another airport that was also close by. Absolutely amazing job at making our first cruise with some hiccups because of the flight go amazingly well. She's the best hands down.”

Great Experience

We travel frequently. Without hesitation, our experience with Kelly and Aqua Breeze Vacations has been the best. Initially, Kelly helped us to select our cruise and cruise line. She guided us through all the decisions and paperwork that a cruise entails. But the wheels fell off when the passports were late for grandkids. We couldn't finish the cruise paperwork...she took care of it. With less than a week to go, we found out our daughter and son-in-law only had passport cards. Kelly found and booked flights, hotels, and land transportation to get them into Canada. She came by our house for over an hour to ensure everyone had documents and understood what they needed to do. My wife's leg was hurt in the same week. Kelly, on her own, arranged for wheelchairs at every airport and for the cruise. Kelly is not good, not great; she is amazing. We would never even consider working with anyone else, ever again, for our travel.

Since we were flying from SeaTac to Bush Intercontinental, your attention in planning our airfare & ground transportation to the cruise departure in Galveston & our return to Houston were flawless and economical. The reservation & information book charting every move we were to take, with highlighted explanations and phone numbers to call 24/7, was an honest confidence builder. We were able to help other less-advised travelers navigate their arrival and departure. We had all our luggage tags and boarding passes in advance and made it through all the hassles getting on & off the ship with ease. First Cruise Made Easy

Kelly is extremely knowledgeable about the cruise industry which proved very beneficial to me and my family when we took our first cruise. She explained the boarding process, gave us a checklist of items to bring, told us about things to do on the ship, and made great recommendations of things to do while in port. Experience matters and there is no way that we would have known what to do without Kelly's expert advice which relieved us of uncertainty and made our trip that much more enjoyable.

OMG....that was the most amazing trip I've ever taken. Every detail was perfect!!! They upgraded our room to a corner suite. The view from our room was breathtaking. The food was great, and the service was impeccable. The excursions, including the Zipline, Blue Hole, and Dolphin Swim, were so much fun. We had a blast!! From the first phone call with Kelly Ireland we felt we were working with a friend. Kelly was extremely patient and answered all questions. She was able to book our flight with better pricing for us and on the return she checked to make sure we had made it to the airport in time for our flight home.Before our trip started Kelly sent a detailed itinerary for us to use as a guide to have at our fingertips. It was very helpful and used daily. We just got back and I’m already wanting Kelly to help plan another trip! She is a gem to keep.??

Reliable All Knowing Travel Consultant
Kelly from Aqua Breeze Vacation has been wonderful to work with and I have used her to book four of my vacations (Nassau, Jamaica, St.Lucia and Hawaii). She was exceptionally compassionate during the recent COVID pandemic by consistently keeping in touch and rearranging our honeymoon to Hawaii since we had to postpone the wedding/honeymoon.
