Excellent Service for a Last Minute Trip!

Tricia was able to find an affordable flight for me last minute when I was unable to find anything affordable on line. She also went above and beyond and found me seats that were comfortable given me extra long legs and sent me a weather update before I left so that I'd know what to expect on arrival. It made for a very smooth trip during a situation that was otherwise stressful, requiring travel at the last minute.

Tricia did a great job for us! She helped us get everything set up for a trip that was overwhelming to do on our own. Her suggestions were good on what to do with the limited amount of time we had, that really helped make our trip a success. We also enjoyed working with her because of her positive and bubbly attitude, you could sense her smile over the phone! Lastly, we always had a feeling that she generally cared for us and wanted the best options for us for our travels, we never felt like we were just a number!

Tricia is amazing! We went to the airport to check in and was told our flight was canceled. We made a call to Tricia and after many back and forth calls she was had us booked on another flight She went above and beyond to make sure we got a flight to Vegas. She was done working at 5:30 but last I knew she was still in the office at 8:30 pm making sure we were on our way to a great vacation!

Tricia is very thorough, knowledgable. If she can't answer a question - she finds the answer. I love getting all our travle documents printed, in a folder, with a play by play explanation of what to expect.

Better Than Expected

Tricia was again a pleasure to work with. She is quite possibly the most organized person I've ever met. She handles special requests with a smile and organizing a group of 9 family members from two different states was no problem for her. She made me feel like I'm her only client.

Hawaii trip

It was great working with Tricia. Having her handle all the reservations and itinerary updates really saved us time. Tricia kept us updated on all the COVID updates. When we arrived in Hawaii we breezed through security. We had absolutely no issues with any of our reservations or flights on the trip. Would definitely recommend Tricia.
