Ruchi is simply the most knowledgeable, professional, efficient, proactive and helpful travel agent you'll ever work with. I've booked 3 vacations with her (domestic and international). The first vacation, a safari in Tanzania ending in Zanzibar, I booked with her was my honeymoon and it was everything my wife and I could ask for and then some. As soon as we arrived at the hotel, they addressed us with our names, she had champagne waiting for us in the room. She even had a picture of our dog framed in the room. She puts in high-level of detail and treats us as if we are her only clients. I love the app she provides for the itinerary. It makes traveling that much easier. Can't thank her enough for her amazing service and attention to detail for all our trips!

Last minute trip to Morocco

Harnal Travel, specifically Ruchi, was fantastic. We asked them to plan a trip to Morocco from the US on very short notice and they did a great great job. Provided us with lots of options. Answered all of our questions quickly. The trip went off without a hitch and it was fantastic. We will definitely be using them again.

Memorable trip for my daughter's 16th birthday

We were planning a very special trip to Europe for my daughter's 16th birthday and having Ruchi's expertise made the whole experience seamless! Ruchi had all the best tips and was dedicated to making sure that all the details were covered. She knew how to leverage local specialists and tour guides when appropriate and supported every aspect of our trip from booking hotels to ground transfers to making dinner reservations!
