Once again, Nicole, our travel agent for the past several years, has greatly helped us negotiate the confusing travel world we are now experiencing. A year before the pandemic hit, Nicole worked with us on our three-week journey to Europe, which ran without a hitch. Her knowledge of reasonably priced boutique hotels and train and plane transportation was invaluable, not to mention a money-saver. We next teamed up with her to book flights and hotels to Croatia and Portugal. Everything looked great, until COVID’s closures forced us to cancel the entire itinerary. However, thanks to Nicole, we were able to acquire travel vouchers and credits on our air tickets for future use. Now, with trips to Mexico and Spain in the works, Nicole once again has shown her expertise with excellent advice and suggestions. I highly recommend Nicole as a travel agent. She’s personable, very prompt with replies, and totally up-to-date with all that’s going on in this ever-changing travel world.

After trying to plan my own vacation to Italy I became overwhelmed and decided to look for some help online. I had always done my own planning in the past and was skeptical about working with a travel agent. Nicole was the first person I called and instantly she seemed very pleasant and knowledgeable.
