I met Sylvia when we ecided to go on a group cruise to Alaska with family. She was able to help with bookings and provided recommendations that were extremely helpful. I travel a lot for work and have, up to now, generally made my own arrangements. Things worked out so well with the Alaska trip, we've since book another cruise, with her help, and are looking forward to spending some time in the Carribean this summer!

Our experience with Sylvia was PHENOMENAL! This was the first time I used a travel agent and this is the only way I’ll go from now on. We had no idea what we wanted to do or where we wanted to go. She gave us so many options and then recommends Harmony of the Seas. It was the best! We had such a great time and our teenagers were entertained the whole time.
