Hello! My name is Melanie Pendrak, aka "Diserella." I am a full-service, independent travel agent specializing in all Disney and Universal Studios destinations, cruises, and all-inclusive resorts.

My love for Disney World began at an early age. I have traveled to Disney World regularly since I was a small child beginning in the mid-1970's not long after the park opened. I have so many great memories of traveling to Disney World with my family as a child and teen. As an adult, my husband and I have taken our now 22 year-old daughter to Disney World every year since she was 2 years old. I typically visit Walt Disney World about once a month and Universal Orlando every other month. We have done Disney on a dime, two-week "Deluxe" Disney trips, and everything in between. I have first-hand experience at nearly every hotel and dining venue on property. We've also sailed on Disney Cruise Line and visited the Universal Orlando and Sea World Orlando parks multiple times. Additionally, I have personal travel experience on Royal Caribbean Cruise Line, Celebrity Cruises, Norwegian Cruise Line, Princess Cruises, Sandals and Beaches Resorts, and other all-inclusive resort properties in Mexico and the Caribbean.
