It was really easy working with Crystal on our trip to the Dominican Republic. We really wanted to use a travel advisor because of the constant changes that come with traveling during a pandemic. Crystal was extremely responsive to our questions and requests, and we had a fantastic time. It was so good to finally get away, and Crystal made sure we had a good idea of what to expect as far as covid safety, protocols, and testing requirements and costs.

Crystal was awesome! We were nervous about traveling during a pandemic, but she found us the perfect resort where all of the safety precautions were being taken, and there were no crowds. She also made sure we knew what we had to do before going due to all of the extra COVID requirements. The room was incredible - the nicest we've ever stayed in. Everyone was no nice and honestly grateful to have customers, and we never felt unsafe. We would never have found this on our own. We got to be pampered and spoiled (we even had a butler) and get away for just a bit from this stressful year. It was so nice having the assurance of working with a trusted travel advisor who keeps up on all of the entry and other requirements during this crazy time.

Crystal was really great to work with, especially during a pandemic. We knew that we wanted to "travel", but also knew that we couldn't physically travel right now. Crystal set us up with a virtual tour of Lisbon, Portugal, where our tour guide was actually in Lisbon and we had a live view of what she saw. We were able to ask questions and interact with her, just as if we were there in person. It gave us a great little "getaway" without having to actually go anywhere during the pandemic.

This was my family's first trip out of the country, so we knew we wanted to get a travel advisor to make things a bit easier on us. Little did we know that it was going to be the best decision we made about the trip. We had plane/travel issues from the beginning, but having Crystal to contact and get advice from made it so much easier to handle. From the first plane being delayed to the final flight getting delayed, she was very attentive and gave wonderful advice and instruction on how to handle it all. We definitely made the right decision bringing her in to help us plan and enjoy our vacation. She did a wonderful job at finding us just the right locations for what we were interested in doing and seeing, and even helped book several (maybe all) of our tours to see the sights. I will definitely be a return customer for when we need to plan our next big vacation. If you want someone knowledgable and easy to work with, she's going to be the right person for you.

Crystal is great. This was my first time traveling overseas and she walked us thru the process and took so many logistics off our plate. It was a very easy process, and even thru a pandemic. I appreciate everything she did to make this a wonderful experience.

My cruise was great but we had terrible issues with flights on both sides of our vacation. I sincerely appreciate how hard Crystal worked to try to help us after flight cancellations, rebooking issues and trying to find us a hotel when we were stranded at the airport. Great service!

Neither of us had ever traveled internationally in our lives and she was supportive and guided us and made the whole process painless. For example, we didn’t know what to do about currency exchange, cell phone services, transportation in a foreign country, or restaurants to fit our dietary restrictions. The hotels and tours she selected for us were also excellent.
The most important thing, that I cannot stress enough:
Crystal replanned our entire trip when we had to postpone six months. A family member had an important, and risky surgery scheduled during the period we were supposed to be abroad. She was so kind and understanding and took care of all the rescheduling for us, without complaint. Thank goodness she had advised us to get the travel insurance! Her responses were prompt and detailed. We’re so grateful Crystal was our travel agent and we would absolutely recommend her to anyone wanting to travel somewhere for the first time.

Crystal was recommended by friends. Boy did she deliver! Besides London, we wanted to see Chawton, Oxford, & Bath. I threw Crystal a couple of curves with my desire to find a tour in Oxford centered around "The Inklings" and my desire to go to Normandy. Working with Crystal was great, our first session was a consultation for to understand what expectations I had, what types of things are preferred during travel and what things aren't particularly important to me.

Crystal was great about communicating, she checked in before during and after travel, one of the slight airplane delays she reached out before we even knew which was just amazing. We also ended up having one of the hotels that we had booked needing to bump us to their sister property which Crystal quickly got involved on ensuring our comfort and that we were taken care of.

The places that Crystal booked for us were all top notch and met our criteria fully, we had no issues during check in or during our stays but I am certain if we had had any issues she would have had them sorted for us in a heartbeat.
